Կառավարություն վերջին նիստում չզեկուցվող հարցերի ցանկում ընդգրկել է նախագծերի մի փաթեթ, որն ընդունելու դեպքում որոշակի փոփոխություններ են մտցվելու օդանավակայանում տաքսի ծառայություններ մատուցելու կարգի, լիցենզիայի և տարեկան վճարվող պետտուրքի մասով։

«Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ» օրենքում նախատեսված փոփոխությամբ սահմանվում է՝  առանց օդանավակայանի տաքսի ծառայության լիցենզիայի օդանավակայանների տարածքի տաքսու կայանատեղերից տաքսի ծառայություններ մատուցելն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում` սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հիսնապատիկի չափով (50 հազար ՀՀ դրամ)։

Իսկ «Պետական տուրքի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությամբ էլ գործադիրը նախատեսում է տարեկան 200 հազար դրամ պետտուրք սահմանել անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի և կազմակերպությունների կողմից օդանավակայանների տաքսի ծառայություն կազմակերպելու համար։

Ընդամենը շաբաթներ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հորդորում էր իր ենթականերին ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները լուծելու համար այնպիսի կարգավորումներ մտցնել, որոնք չեն հարվածի անհատ տաքսի վարորդների գրպանին: Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ Փաշինյանը և թիմը մոռացան շաբաթներ առաջ իրենց իսկ կողմից տրված խոստումը և այսօր արդեն հարվածի տակ են դնում ժողովրդի մի ստվար հատվածի՝ օրվա հացի գումարը վաստակելու հնարավորությունը:
