POLITICSՌուսաստանի հայությունը և հայկական բիզնեսը ինչպես ամուր կանգնած եղել են, այնպես էլ շարունակում են ամուր կանգնած լինել Հայաստանի պետականության կողքին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողքին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին Երևանում Armenia Business Forum-ի բացման իր խոսքում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Այսօր այս ուղերձը չափազանց կարևոր է պատմական այն կարևոր հանգրվանում, որում մենք գտնվում ենք: Իսկապես, շատ դաժան փորձության միջով ենք անցել և անցնում: 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո շատ անհրաժեշտ էր գտնել մի քանի կարևոր հարցերի պատասխաններ: Եվ այդ հարցերի պատասխանը գտնելու համար է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տեղի ունեցան արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ: Այդ ընտրությունները պետք է ցույց տային կամ դառնային երրորդ հանրապետության 30-ամյա պատմության տարբեր իրադարձությունների պատճառահետևանքային կապերը և, ի վերջո, պետք է պատասխան տային մեկ այլ շատ կարևոր հարցի՝ իսկ ինչպե՞ս շարունակել կյանքը և դեպի ո՞ւր շարժվել:
Կարծում եմ, որ սա կարևոր հարց է, և ընտրությունների արդյունքներով արձանագրվեց, ըստ էության, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների որոշումը՝ շարժվել հետևյալ ուղղությամբ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և տարածաշրջանի համար խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու ուղղությամբ, և հատկապես այսպիսի մանդատ է ստացել Հայաստանի կառավարությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներից»,- ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:
Իսկ հնարավոր է արդյոք այս տեսական թեզի գործնական իրագործումը՝ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ պետք է հասկանալ բոլոր հոռետեսներին, որովհետև ամեն օր տեղի են ունենում իրադարձություններ, որոնց վրա հենվելով կարելի է նաև եզրակացնել, և ըստ ամենայնի, կան ուժեր, որոնք ուզում են ի ցույց դնել, որ մեր տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջանը հնարավոր չէ:
«Սակայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը, հստակ գիտակցելով, թե ինչքան բարդ մարտահրավերի առաջ է կանգնած, հետևողական է լինելու, և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը առաջնորդելու է այս ճանապարհով: Պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ այս ճանապարհին մեզ անհրաժեշտ են ամուր նյարդեր, սառնասրտություն, շրջահայացություն»,-հավելեց վարչապետը:
Նա ներկայացրեց այն գործիքները, որոնց միջոցով, ըստ իրեն, պետք է հաստատվի և բացվի խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջանը:
«Չափազանց կարևոր եմ համարում տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացումը՝ համաձայն 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի և 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության: Կարծում եմ, որ այս խնդրի լուծումը շատ կարևոր է նաև մեր քննարկման համատեքստում, որովհետև տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների բացումն, ի վերջո, պետք է հնարավորություն տա, որ Հայաստանը հաղթահարի շուրջ 30-ամյա շրջափակումը, ինչը նշանակում է էականորեն փոխել ներդրումային միջավայրը Հայաստանում, և Հայաստանի տնտեսական կառուցվածքը փոխել այնպես, որ երկիրը և պետությունը դառնան ավելի դիմակայուն և մրցունակ»,- եզրափակեց Փաշինյանը:
