«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանի ուղերձը` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 30 ամյակի կապակցությամբ.
 
Երեսուն տարի առաջ՝ 1991-ի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին, իրականություն դարձավ հայ ժողովրդի դարավոր երազանքը՝ ազատ, անկախ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։
Անկախությունն ընտրած սերունդը Երրորդ Հանրապետության գոյության առաջին տարիներից կանգնեց լուրջ փորձությունների առաջ։ Բայց մեր միասնությունը, համախմբվածությունն ու հավատն օգնեցին հաղթահարել բոլոր խոչընդոտները, անհավանական պայմաններում հաղթել մեզ պարտադրված ղարաբաղյան առաջին պատերազմում, ապա՝ լծվել պետականաշինության դժվարին, բայց շնորհակալ գործին։
Ի՞նչ Հայաստան էին երազում անկախ պետության համար պայքարած, անկախ պետության հույս փայփայած ու այդ հույսը սերունդներին փոխանցած, անկախության համար քվեարկած մեր հայրենակիցները․ սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց հաճախ չենք անդրադառնում, բայց որոնք մշտապես պիտի լինեն մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գոյության երեսուն տարիների ընթացքում քիչ չեն եղել մեր ձեռքբերումները։ Եղել են, անշուշտ, նաև բացթողումներ։ Պետականաշինության ճանապարհին երբեմն շեղվել ենք մեր երազած Հայաստանի տեսլականից, բայց ամուր ենք եղել՝ մեր միասնականությամբ, մեր հավատով ու ազգային երազանքներով։
Վերջին երեք տարիների խայտառակությունը, պատերազմը, հազարավոր զոհերն ու խեղված ճակատագրերը, հայրենիքի կորսված հատվածը մեզ կանգնեցրել են նոր և ահռելի մարտահրավերների առաջ։ Բայց դրանք նաև պարտավորեցնում են ՎԵՐԱԾՆՎԵԼ, ուղղել մեջքը, ոտքի կանգնել։
 
Վերածնվել՝ հանուն մեր ժողովրդի, մեր երկու պետությունների, հանուն մեր նահատակների հիշատակի ու մեր վաղվա սերունդների։
 
Այսօր՝ Հայաստանի անկախության 30-րդ տարեդարձի օրը, մենք բոլորս մի կարևոր խնդիր ունենք՝ կանգնեցնել պարտությունը և վերածնվել՝ պետության հանդեպ սիրով ու պետության արժևորմամբ, ճիշտ ուղին գտնելու վճռականությամբ ու հավատով՝ ստեղծելու այնպիսի պետություն, որտեղ տեղ չի լինի դավաճաններին, ազգային արժեքները պղծողներին։
 
Մենք հավատու՛մ ենք մեր վերածննդին․ մենք ունենալու՛ ենք հաղթանակներ։
