«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրվա իշխանությունները ինտենսիվ զբաղված են դպրոցների «ՔՊ-ացմամբ», ինչպես մյուս ոլորտներում։ Դեռևս ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր եղած ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անընդհատ թիրախավորում ու քննադատում էր դպրոցների քաղաքականացված, կուսակցականացված լինելու փաստը։ Սակայն ներկայումս վիճակն ավելի ծայրահեղ է դառնում. Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը փորձում են ամեն կերպ իրենց քաղաքական վերահսկողությունն ու ամբողջական կառավարումը տարածել ողջ կրթական համակարգում, այդ թվում՝ դպրոցներում։Իշխանության թիրախում են հայտնվել հատկապես դպրոցների տնօրենները, որոնց ամեն գնով փորձում են դարձնել «սվոյ»։ Իսկ դրա համար կիրառում են հնարավոր ու անհնար բոլոր մեթոդները:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այն դպրոցներում, որտեղ տնօրեններին այս պահին չեն կարողանում փոխել կամ, որևէ «լ յապ» գտնելով, ուղղակի հեռացնել, իշխանությունները պահեստային տարբերակ են մտածել։ Տեղերում ՔՊ ակտիվի ներկայացուցիչներին, որոնց նախընտրական շրջանում գործ էին խոստացել, նախ՝ փորձում են որևէ հաստիքի տակ տեղավորել դպրոցներում, ապա ուղարկել տնօրենի հաստիքի համար տրվող լիցենզիայի քննությունների՝ «պահեստային տարբերակ» ունենալու, ապա այդ տնօրենների հարցերը «հերթով» լուծելու և հարցը հանգիստ կարգավորելու նպատակով։

Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ իշխանության այդ թեկնածուներից շատերն անգամ լիցենզիա ստանալու շանս չունեն, քանի որ ի վիճակի չեն ինքնուրույն հանձնել տվյալ քննությունները, ուր մնաց՝ կարողանան տնօրեն ընտրվել։ Այդուամենայնիվ, հատկապես մարզերում իշխանականները շատ վճռական են այս հարցում և ամեն ինչ ուզում են անել, որ մաքսիմալ քանակի դպրոցներում ունենան «սվոյ» տնօրեններ:
