Համաքաղաքացու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է․ 39-ամյա քաղաքացուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել․ ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում իրականացված բազմակողմանի քննությամբ պարզվել են Երևան քաղաքի 39-ամյա բնակչի կողմից համաքաղաքացու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2021թ. ապրիլ և մայիս ամիսներին Երևան քաղաքի Արշակունյաց պողոտայում գործող ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետի մոտ 39-ամյա տղամարդը վիճաբանել է 27-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ: Այնուհետև՝ 2021թ. մայիսի 25-ին, 39-ամյա տղամարդը, վերջինիս ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իրեն պատկանող «Վազ 2107» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Արարատի մարզի Նոր Խարբերդ գյուղից մինչև Երևան քաղաքի Արտաշատի խճուղի հետապնդել է երիտասարդին պատկանող և նրա կողմից վարվող «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան և ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, իր մոտ ապօրինի կերպով պահվող հրազենով երկու կրակոց է արձակել նրա ուղղությամբ: Սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում չի կարողացել հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել, քանի որ երիտասարդը ավտոմեքենան վարելով հեռացել է և նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներով դիմել «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Երևան քաղաքի 39-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
