Սկսվում է Ադրբեջանի լուծարված ԱԱՆ գլխավոր ռազմական հակահետախուզական վարչության նախկին պետ Նիզամի Շիրինովի եւ այլ պաշտոնատար անձանց ապօրինի գործողությունների հետ կապված քրեական գործով դատավարությունը։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է haqqin.az-ը, այսօր Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանում տեղի կունենա նախնական նիստ դատավոր Ջամալ Ռամազանովի նախագահությամբ, կճշտվեն մեղադրյալների անձնական տվյալները։
Նիզամի Շիրինովը հանցավոր խմբի կազմում, ԱԱՆ վարչությունների պետեր Էլջան Աբդուլաեւի եւ Էլման Թահիրովի, ինչպես նաեւ ոստիկան Նադիր Նազիրովի հետ միասին, բռնություն է գործադրել տուժածների եւ նրանց հարազատների նկատմամբ, նրանց արատավորող տեղեկություններ տարածելու սպառնալիքով խոշոր չափի դրամ եւ գույք կորզել առանձին անձանցից, կաշառք ստացել հովանավորության համար եւ լեգալացրել հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված գույք։ Հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր Ադրբեջանի Քր.օր. մի շարք հոդվածներով։ Կասկածյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընդունվել է չբացակայելու ստորագրությունը։ Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ապահովվել է պատճառված նյութական վնասի մի մասի փոխհատուցում, կալանք է դրվել մեղադրյալին պատկանող անշարժ գույքի վրա։
