Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի բարեկամ Իրանի հասցեին Ադրբեջանից տարբեր մակարդակներով հնչում են անընդունելի և սադրիչ հայտարարություններ, արվում են ակնհայտ հակաիրանական քայլեր, որոնք միտված են տարածաշրջանում ապակայունացման հերթական ալիքի և նոր ռիսկերի ու մարտահրավերների ձևավորմանը։
Ադրբեջանում թուրքական կողմի հետ համատեղ անցկացվող պարբերական զորավարժություննեըը ևս հստակորեն ցույց են տալիս, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն և Անկարան որևէ ցանկություն չունեն իրենց երկարաժամկետ քաղաքականությունը կառուցելու տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության հասնելու տրամաբանության շրջանակներում և ռազմատենչ ծավալապաշտական նկրտումներ ունեն ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ու Արցախի հանրապետությունների նկատմամբ։
Ուստի չափազանց կարևոր եմ համարում հատկապես այս փուլում Հայաստանի բարեկամ երկրների հետ բազմակողմ կապերի սերտացումը, դրանց որակական նոր մակարդակի բարձրացումը, միջազգային ասպարեզում համատեղ շահերի տիրույթում միմյանց անվերապահ աջակցության տրամադրումը, ինչն էլ հենց իրական կդարձնի մեր տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ արդար և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության հաստատումը։
