Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան գնահատել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու խոսքերը, ով ՄԱԿ-ի աշխատանքը համեմատել է թոշակի անցած սուպերհերոսի հետ: Նա իր դիրքորոշումը հայտնել է «Ռոսիա 1» հեռուստաալիքի եթերում, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

Նա նշել է, որ Ուկրաինայի առաջնորդը «իրոք ոչինչ չի հասկանում միջազգային հարցերից», քանի որ նման հայտարարություն է արվել աշխարհի տարբեր մասերում մեծ թվով խաղաղապահների, հումանիտար աշխատողների և բանակցողների աշխատանքի ֆոնին: «Կարծում եմ, որ դա կարող է դիտվել որպես վիրավորանք համաշխարհային կազմակերպության հասցեին, բայց միայն այն դեպքում, եթե մենք դեռ հասկանայինք, որ այն մարդը, ով արտասանում է այս բառերը, հաշվետու է այն բանի համար, ինչի մասին խոսում է: Ես այն զգացումը չունեմ, որ Ուկրաինայի նախագահը, սկզբունքորեն, հասկանում է ասված բառերի էությունը», - ասել է դիվանագետը:

«Նման խոսքերը կարող են թույլ տալ վատ դաստիարակություն ստացած և վատ կրթված մարդիկ», - ամփոփել է նա:

Ավելի վաղ Զելենսկին ՄԱԿ-ի 76-րդ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի ելույթի ժամանակ կազմակերպությունը համեմատել էր թոշակի անցած սուպերհերոսի և ծեր, դանդաղաշար և անպետք պապիկի հետ, ով կարծում է, որ կյանքը վատնվել է: Ուկրաինայի առաջնորդը նշել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ը ներկայումս բազմաթիվ քննադատությունների է արժանանում գլոբալ խնդիրներին լուծում տալու անկարողության պատճառով: Նա հավելել է, որ ամենասարսափելի մեղադրանքն այն է, որ «ՄԱԿ-ը դարձել է Ազգերի լիգա»:
