Քրեական հեղինակություն Շամիլ Սմոլյանը դատապարտել է 8,5 տարվա ազատազրկման
SOCIETYԴաղստանի դատարանը քրեական հեղինակություն Շամիլ Մագոմեդովին դատապարտել է 8,5 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ քրեական հիերարխիայում բարձր պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու մեղադրանքով: Այդ մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել է հանրապետության Գերագույն դատարանի մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Զարեմա Մամաեւան:
«Դաղստանի Հանրապետության Գերագույն դատարանն ավարտեց քրեական հանցագործության գործի քննությունը Շամիլ Մագոմեդովի դեմ: Դատարանը նրան դատապարտեց ազատազրկման 8 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով՝ 300 հազար ռուբլի տուգանքով, հետագա 1 տարի 6 ամիս ազատության սահմանափակմամբ: Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել քրեական հիերարխիայում բարձր պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու հոդվածով (ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 210.1 հոդված)»,- ասել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը:
Հաստատվել է, որ բազմիցս դատապարտված Շամիլ Մագոմեդովը, որը քրեական շրջանակներում հայտնի է որպես «Սմոլյան» կամ «Շամիլ Սմոլյանսկի», զբաղեցրել է քրեական հիերարխիայում ամենաբարձր դիրքը 2011 թվականից մինչ այժմ՝ իրեն դասելով այսպես կոչված` օրենքով գողերի կատեգորիային: Մագոմեդովն իր դիրքն օգտագործել է հանցավոր գործունեությունը կազմակերպելու, ուղղորդելու և համակարգելու համար:
Նշվում է, որ դատավճիռը դեռ օրինական ուժի մեջ չի մտել:
