Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շրջանակում պետք են բարձր մակարդակի երկխոսության քայլեր. Արմեն Գրիգորյանը` Փաշինյան-Էրդողան գաղտնի երկխոսության մասին

Ե՛վ նախընտրական փուլում, և՛ ընտրություններից հետո մենք խոսել ենք ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հաստատման, խաղաղության դարաշրջանը բացելու և կայունություն ապահովելու մասին։ Այդ տրամաբանության շրջանակում պետք է կարգավորենք հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում, անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի ոչ պաշտոնական շփումների և հարաբերությունների մասին տեղեկությանը, ասաց Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։

«Այդ կարգավորումը պետք է լինի աստիճանական, և մենք համոզված ենք, որ այդ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հնարավորություններից մեկը բարձր մակարդակում երկխոսություն ունենալն է։ Բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, այդ տրամաբանության շրջանակներում էլ կատարվել են այդ քաղաքական քայլերը»,– ասաց նա։

Անդրադառնալով այս համատեքստում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարություններին` կապված Արցախի կարգավիճակի  հետ, Գրիգորյանը նշեց. «Շատ կարևոր է հաշվի առնել, որ մենք հարաբերությունները կարգավորվում ենք Թուրքիայի հետ և տարանջատում մտցնել Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման, Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների միջև։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի կարգավիճակին, ԼՂ հարցի կարգավորման միակ և կարևոր հարթակը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն է։ Երեք համանախագահների կողմից հայտարարություն է եղել, որ պետք է վերսկսել  բանակցությունները։ ԼՂ խնդիրը կարգավորված չէ, և կարգավիճակի հարցը սպասում է իր լուծմանը, որը տեսնում ենք Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում և անհասկանալի են Ադրբեջանի նման հայտարարությունները»։

Խոսելով հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համատեքստում Թուրքիայի կողմից առաջարկվող նախապայմաններին` Արմեն Գրիգորյանը նշեց․ «Բազմիցս հայտարարվել է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները պետք է կարգավորվեն առանց նախապայմանների, և հույս ունենք, որ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը կլինի առանց նախապայմանների»։

Հարցին` անվտանգ է արդյոք Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների համար, Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարը նշեց, որ թեև նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունից հետո ՀՀ-ն պետք է կարողանար առանց խոչընդոտի օգտագործել այդ ճանապարհը, սակայն հետագայում առաջացել են որոշակի խնդիրներ` անվտանգության հետ կապված։
