ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն և ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայազգի մարշալ Սերգեյ Խուդյակովի հուշարձանի ոչնչացմանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պատասխանել է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած Արցախի Մեծ Թաղեր գյուղում ԽՍՀՄ ավիացիայի մարշալ Սերգեյ Խուդյակովի (Արմենակ Խանփերյանց) հուշարձանի ոչնչացման վերաբերյալ «Ինֆոտեկա 24»-ի և Հայ-ռուսական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհրդի հարցմանը:
Ռուսաստանի ՊՆ արձագանքում, մասնավորապես, ասված է, որ կիսում են քաղաքացիների մտահոգությունը հաջորդ սերունդների համար Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող պատմության և մշակույթի հուշարձանների պահպանության հարցում:
«Այս հարցը գտնվում է ՌԴ բարձրագույն ղեկավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, որը հատուկ նշանակություն է տալիս Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի համատեղ եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների կատարմանը:
Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ զորախումբը և Մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնն անմիջականորեն ներգրավված են խնդրի լուծման մեջ՝ գործելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմինների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային լիազոր կազմակերպությունների հետ սերտ համակարգմամբ»,- նշված է պատասխանում:
Նույն թեմայով Հայ-ռուսական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհրդի հարցմանը պատասխանել է նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտգործնախարարությունը՝ նշելով, որ Ռուսաստանը հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում տարածաշրջանում պատմամշակութային, ճարտարապետական և կրոնական ժառանգության պահպանման հարցին։ Մոսկվան ելնում է նրանից, որ այն հանդիսանում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և հարակից շրջանների բոլոր բնակիչների սեփականությունը՝ անկախ նրանց ազգային պատկանելությունից։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն նաև հավաստիացրել է, որ արձանագրում է խորհրդային պետական գործիչների հուշարձանների ավերման բոլոր դեպքերը, այդ թվում՝ Խուդյակովի հուշարձանի, և հույս է հայտնում, որ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի առաքելությունը առաջիկայում կկարողանա այցելել տարածաշրջան:
