Աննա Դանիբեկյանը բացառիկ աջակցություն ցուցաբերեց Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին․ Ագնեսսա Խամոյան. news.am

Այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հայաստանի ԱԺ ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության անդամ, նախկին փոխվարչապետ, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Գևորգյանին դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի կողմից չի թույլատրվել երկիրը լքել, մասնակցելու ԵԽԽՎ լիագումար նիստին։ Այդ կապակցությամբ NEWS.am-ը դիմել է Ազգային Ժողովի ընդիմադիր «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ագնեսսա Խամոյանին, մեկնաբանելու իրավիճակը։
-Տիկին Խամոյան, փաստորեն դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկված Արմեն Գևորգյանին թույլ չի տվել լքել Հայաստանի սահմանները։ Ինչո՞վ սա կբացատրեք։
-Գիտեք, Աննա Դանիբեկյանը մեր հանրության մեջ, առավելապես հայտնի դարձավ 2020 թվականի մայիսի 8-ին Շուշիի ազատագրման օրը Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանքի հարցով նիստ նշանակելով և Ադրբեջանին դրանով բացառիկ նվեր մատուցելով։ Այս պայմաններում, երբ հերթական անգամ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությանը պետք էր հակադարձել միջազգային դիվանագիտական գործիքներով հատկապես Հայ ռազմագերիների անհապաղ վերադարձման հարցով, չէ որ, միջազգային հարթակներում ռազմագերիների թեման առաջնային է մեր բոլորիս համար, ու չնայած այդ ամնեին, զարմանալի չէ, որ Աննա Դանիբեկյանը կրկին բացառիկ աջակցություն տրամադրեց ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին, զրկելով Հայաստանի ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության բացառիկ փորձ ոնեցող ներկայացուցիչ Արմեն Գևորգյանին մասնակցելու այդ աշխատանքներին։
-Փաստորեն, ստացվում է որ դատավոր Դանիբեկյանը տեղյակ լինելով որ ԵԽԽՎ նիստում պետք է աշխատանք տարվեր Ադրբեջանում գերիների ազատ արձակման թեմայով, միևնույն է թույլ չի՞ տվել։
-Այո, և առհասարակ պարզ չէ, ինչպես է ստացվում, որ նույնիսկ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը ընկալում է ԵԽԽՎ-ում աշխատանքների կարևորությունը, թույլ է տալիս Արմեն Գևորգյանին լքել ՀՀ սահմանները, բայց, այ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը կրկին ունենում է այլ կարծիք։ Կհիշեք նաև վերջերս առանց որևէ պատճառաբանման մերժվեց նաև «Հայաստան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի այցը Ռուսաստանի մայրաքաղաք Մոսկվա, որի հիմնական օրակարգը ՌԴ քաղաքական վերնախավի հետ հանդիպումներն էին, որը բնականաբար այս բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմաններում կարող էր բացառապես օգտակար լինել ՀՀ շահերին։
-Ինչը կարող էր ստիպել դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին դրսևորել նման վարքագիծ, այսինքն ինչը կարող էր լինել դրա պատճառը։
-Այդ հարցի հասցեատերը բացառապես իշխանություններն են, որոնք կարողացել են հաստատապես ապացուցել, որ իրենք չեն հանդուրժում անկախ դատական համակարգ ունենալու հնարավորությունը։ Պատահական չէ, որ հենց նույն Աննա Դանիբեկյանին, նույն քրեական գործով դատախազներին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարողանում էր ցուցումներ տալ և հետո հրապարակավ խոսել դրա մասին։
