Բացահայտվել է պետական դավաճանություն կատարելու դեպք. Արցախի ԱԱԾ (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հետևողական պայքար մղելով օտարերկրյա պետությունների հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ուղղված հետախուզական գործունեության բացահայտման, կանխման և խափանման ուղղությամբ, ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է պետական դավաճանության դեպք:
Մասնավորապես՝ սույն թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, սոցիալական ցանցերում և տելեգրամյան ալիքներում տարածվել են տեսանյութեր, որում հեղինակը ցույց է տալիս Ստեփանակերտի տարբեր վայրեր և ռուսերեն լեզվով շեշտում, որ գտնվում է Խանքենդիում։
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ԱՀ ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել ու բերման է ենթարկվել Արցախի Հանրապետության Ասկերանի շրջանի Իվանյան համայնքի բնակիչ, 2000թ․ ծնված Մ․ Ա․-ն, որը ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 310-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է։
Միաժամանակ, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն ակնկալում է նաև այդ գործընթացում հասարակության լայն շերտերի ներգրավվածությունը՝ իշխանության մարմիններին հայտնելու պետական դավաճանության կամ լրտեսության վերաբերյալ իրենց հայտնի դարձած տեղեկությունները՝ ի նպաստ Արցախի Հանրապետության:
Ինչպես նաև հորդորում է սոցիալական ցանցերում և այլ հարթակներում չտրվել հակառակորդի հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից ուղղորդված ապատեղեկատվությանը և վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծելուն ուղղված նյութերին։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ԱՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով նախատեսված կարգով, դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
