«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Ինչպես հայտնի է, օրեր առաջ ադրբեջանական ուժերը Արցախի Հանրապետության Ամարաս վանքի ուղղությամբ առաջ էին եկել և փորձել իրենց վերահսկողության տակ վերցնել վանքը, ինչպես նաև իրենց տեղակայման դիրքերն առաջ տանել։ Տեղի ունեցածը, սակայն, կանխվել էր, երբ ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերը օպերատիվ ժամանել էին ու ստիպել ադրբեջանցիներին հետ քաշվել իրենց նախնական տեղակայման վայր։ Իրավիճակը դրանով, ըստ էության, չի հարթվել, քանի որ ադրբեջանցիները պահանջել էին, որպեսզի Արցախի իշխանությունները վանքի տարածքից հեռացնեն Արցախի պետական դրոշը։
«Փաստի» արցախյան աղբյուրը փոխանցում է, որ թեմայի հետ կապված նախագահականում լուրջ քննարկում է տեղի ունեցել, և Արցախի նախագահը քննարկման հենց ամենասկզբից համաձայն է եղել ամեն գնով կատարել ադրբեջանցիների պահանջը, ավելին՝ հորդորել է ոչ մի կերպ չհակաճառել, ինչից հետո դրոշն իջեցվել է։ Սակայն արցախցի մի խումբ երիտասարդներ, անտեսելով իշխանությունների հորդորներն ու զգուշացումները, Արցախի պետական դրոշը կրկին տեղադրել են Ամարասի վանքի այն հատվածում, որտեղից իջեցվել էր: Սակայն սրան ևս կտրուկ դեմ է եղել Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որն այդ արարքը արկածախնդրություն է որակել
