Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները երեկվանից հրդեհներ են գցում ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ. ՄԻՊ
BLOGՀայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է. «Այսօր ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ են ներկայացվել ահազանգեր այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները երեկվանից հրդեհներ են գցում ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա և Ներքին Շորժա, Այրք գյուղերի հարևանությամբ: Խոսքն առավելապես բնակիչների խոտհարքների ու արոտավայրերի մասին է, որոնք հրդեհներով ոչնչացվում են:
Հաշվի առնելով նաև, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը ներխուժել ու տեղակայված են գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ՝ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում, ապա հրդեհներն իրական վտանգ են ներկայացնում նաև գյուղերի քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար: Հրդեհները մարդկանց պատճառում են նաև լուրջ սոցիալական խնդիրներ:
Այս տեղելությունները մեզ են փոխանցել գյուղերի բնակիչները: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը դրանք հիմնավոր ստուգել է մի քանի աղբյուրից, այդ թվում՝ օբյեկտիվ ապացույցներով:
Ահազանգերի ստուգումները վկայում են, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության նկատմամբ այս դիվերսիոն հանցավոր արարքերը կատարվում են դիտավորությամբ:
Շուրջ 1 ամիս առաջ ադրբեջանական զինվորականները նույն կերպ հրդեհներ էին գցել Գեղարքունիքի գյուղերի (Կութ, Վերին Շորժա, Սոթք և այլն) հարևանությամբ: Խոսքն այնպիսի բարձրադիր վայրերի մասին է, որտեղ մարդիկ հրշեջ-փրկարար ծառայողների հետ միասին ստիպված էին նաև ձեռքով են մարել կրակը, իսկ ադրբեջանական զինվորականներ զուգահեռ առաջացնում էին հրդեհների նոր օջախներ:
Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հեռանալը ՀՀ գյուղերից և համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներից այլընտրանք չունի՝ երաշխավորելու համար ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները, մարդկանց խաղաղ ու անվտանգ կյանքը: Անվտանգության գոտին է, որ կարող է ապահովել սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները:
ՀՀ գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական վերջին ժամանակաշրջանի արարքների, այդ թվում՝ կրակոցների փաստերը վկայում են, որ դրանք դառնում են ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր քաղաքացիական բնակիչների համար, ունեն ուղղակի դիտավորություն, դարձել են թիրախային, իսկ իրավունքների խախտումներն կրում են զանգվածային բնույթ:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի այս հերթական հաղորդումը վաղն առավոտյան միջազգային կառույցներին, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ պետական մարմիններին ու ՀՀ քաղաքացիական հասարակության կազմակերպություններին կուղարկվի նաև առանձին»:
