Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է ՀՀ ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման 2016- 2018 թվականների ազգային ծրագրի հաստատումը

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՀՀ ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման 2016-2018 թվականների ազգային ծրագիրն ու դրա իրականացումն ապահովող միջոցառումները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է ծրագրի առաջանայնություններն ու թիրախները, նախատեսվող միջոցառումներն ու ակնկալվող արդյունքները: ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանն իր հերթին անդրադարձել է վերարտադրողական առողջության բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրերին, առողջապահական գործոններով պայմանավորված ծնելիության բարձրացման հմնախնդիրներին, մայրական, նորածնային մահացության ցուցանիշներին և դրանց կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող քայլերին: Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ հանրապետությունում ներդրված ծննդօգնության հավաստագրի արդյունքում էապես բարձրացել է ապագա մայրերի առողջապահական վերահսկողությունը: Զեկուցվել է, որ ծննդօգնության հավաստագրի ծրագրի տարեկան ֆինանսավորումը 4 միլիարդ դրամից հասցվել է 7 միլիարդի, ինչի արդյունքում էապես կրճատվել են մայրական և նորածնային մահացության դեպքերը: Մասնավորապես, 2013 թվականի ընթացքում հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է մայ րական մահացության 8, իսկ 2015-ին՝ 5 դեպք: 1000 կենդանածինների հաշվով 2011-ին նորածնային մահացության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 11,7 տոկոս, իսկ 2014-ին՝ 8,7: Էապես կրճատվել է նաև անպտղության ցուցանիշը. 1999-ի 31,9 տոկոսի դիմաց 2014-ին այդ ցուցանիշը հասել է 14,8-ի: Նշվել է նաև, որ 1995-ին ՀՀ-ում իրականացվել է 30 հազար վաղաժամ ընդհատում, իսկ 2014-ին՝ 13 հազար:  

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել մտքերի շահագրգիռ փոխանակություն, ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման նպատակով ներկայացվել են տարբեր առաջարկություններ:

Վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է ՀՀ ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման 2016-2018 թվականների ազգային ծրագրի շուրջ քննարկումների անցկացումն ու առաջիկայում դրա հաստատումը: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ կառավարությունն ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում հանրապետությունում ժողովդագրական իրավիճակի բարելավման հարցը և շարունակելու է տարբեր ծրագրերի միջոցով խթանել ծնելիության աճը: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը հանձնարարել է շարունակել խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացված առաջարկությունների շուրջ քննարկումները, սահմանել ծրագրերի առաջնահերթություններÕ ¶ ու դրանք ներկայացնել կառավարություն:
