«Շատ հայեր նախընտրում են անգլերենը». ի՞նչն այն չէ Ռուսաստանի «փափուկ ուժ»-ի մեջ

Ridus.ru-ն գրում է, որ «Ռիդուս» -ի տեղեկատվական աջակցությամբ «Դենդի Օստոժենկայից» հեռագրական ալիքի հարթակում տեղի է ունեցել «Կարծիքների շրջանակ» նախագծի ևս մեկ աուդիո կոնֆերանս: Փորձագետները քննարկել են այսպես կոչված Ռուսաստանի «փափուկ ուժը», որի օգնությամբ մեր պետությունը փորձում է պաշտպանել իր շահերը հարևան երկրներում:
«Որպես կանոն, այսօր Ռուսաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունն ուղղված է այն մարդկանց, ովքեր որոշում են կայացնում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը հետաքրքրող երկրներում: Մենք խոսում ենք այն էլիտայի մասին, որը կրթություն է ստացել Ռուսաստանում, կամ շատ ջերմ շփման մեջ է ռուսական իշխանությունների հետ: Ցավոք, նման քաղաքականությունը ոչ մի կերպ չի ազդում ժողովուրդների հարաբերությունների վրա, և դա չի կարելի անվանել «փափուկ ուժի» դասական քաղաքականություն», - ասել են «Դենդի Օստոժենկայից» հեռագրական ալիքի խմբագիրները:
Արդյունքում հարևան հանրապետություններում ապրող մարդիկ գնալով ավելի են հեռանում Ռուսաստանից:
«Շատ սարսափելի կլիներ կորցնել ռուսերենը Հայաստանում, ես արդեն այդ երկրում շատերի հետ շփվում եմ անգլերենով», - ասել է հովանավոր Նատալյա Ռոտենբերգը,- ԽՍՀՄ -ում ծնված մարդիկ շարունակում են խոսել ռուսերեն, բայց արդեն նրանց երեխաները նախընտրում են անգլերենը»:
«Որոշ տեղերում Ռուսաստանը զիջում է իր դիրքերը, որոշ տեղերում գրեթե չի դիմանում: Այդ ֆոնին Աֆրիկան զարմանալի տարածք է մեր աճող ազդեցության համար: Ռուսական հումանիտար կրթության փաթեթի հաջող իրականացման օրինակ է KODE TI INGA NDO հասարակական կազմակերպության ստեղծումը և գործունեությունը, ինչը ապացուցում է, որ մենք կարող ենք հաջողությամբ մրցել ֆրանսիացիների հետ իրենց տարածքում,- պատմել է քաղաքական ստրատեգ, «Ժպտում ենք, և ձեռքը թափահարում» հեռագրային ալիքի քաղտեխնոլոգը:
«Փափուկ ուժը արտասահմանում տեղակայված գրասենյակների հավաքածու չէ, որը պետք է խթանի երկրի շահերը: Փափուկ ուժը երկրի բոլոր հատկանիշներն են: Խոսք է գնում այնպիսի նյութական, հոգևոր և մշակութային արժեքների մասին, որոնք ազդում են այլ պետությունների վրա, և նրանք սկսում են քաղաքականություն վարել ձեր ազգային շահերի համար», - բացատրել է քաղաքագիտության թեկնածու Ստանիսլավ Բիշոկը:
