INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵվրոպացիները պետք է ուժեղացնեն իրենց պաշտպանական ծրագրերը եւ «հարգանք» ձեռք բերեն,- ասել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը, հաղորդում է AP-ն:
«Եվրոպացիները պետք է հրաժարվեն իրենց միամտությունից»,- ասել է Մակրոնը երեքշաբթի Փարիզում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում՝ առաջին անգամ անդրադառնալով Հնդկախաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանի միջեւ նոր պաշտպանական համաձայնագրին, որի մասին այս ամիս հայտարարել էին ԱՄՆ-ը, Ավստրալիան եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիան:
«Երբ մենք ճնշման տակ ենք, պետք է ցույց տալ, որ մենք նաեւ ուժ ու կարողություն ունենք պաշտպանվելու եւ ստիպելու, որ մեզ հարգեն»:
Պայմանագրի շրջանակներում Ավստրալիան չեղյալ կհայտարարի դիզելային-էլեկտրական ֆրանսիական սուզանավերի գնման բազմամիլիարդանոց պայմանագիրը եւ ԱՄՆ-ից միջուկային նավեր կգնի: Ֆրանսիան ի պատասխան հետ է կանչել ԱՄՆ-ում իր դեսպանին:
Դեսպան Ֆիլիպ Էթյենը չորեքշաբթի «հստակ մանդատով» կվերադառնա Վաշինգտոն,- ասել է Մակրոնը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ ինքը եւ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը հեռախոսազրույցում անցյալ շաբաթ պայմանավորվել են սկսել խորացված խորհրդակցություններ, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն վաղեմի դաշնակիցների միջեւ վստահության ձեւավորման պայմանների ստեղծմանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ինքը պետք է նորից խոսի Բայդենի հետ հոկտեմբերի կեսերին՝ հաջորդ ամսվա վերջին Եվրոպայում նախատեսված դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպումից առաջ:
ԱՄՆ-ը «արժեքների առումով մեր պատմական բարեկամն ու դաշնակիցն է, բայց մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ ավելի քան 10 տարի ամերիկացիներն առաջին հերթին կենտրոնացել են իրենց վրա եւ ռազմավարական շահերը վերակողմնորոշում են դեպի Չինաստանն ու Խաղաղ օվկիանոսը»,- ասել է Մակրոնը: «Մենք, որպես եվրոպացիներ, պետք է մասնակցենք մեր իսկ պաշտպանությանը»,- հավելել է նա: «Սա ԱՄՆ-ի հետ դաշինքի այլընտրանք չէ կամ դրան փոխարինում»,- ընդգծել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ եվրոպական պաշտպանական ծրագրերը պետք է լրացվեն ՆԱՏՕ-ի ծրագրերով:
