Երեքուկես տարում բանակում մահացել է 144 զինվոր. պատերազմի զոհերի տվյալները դեռ լրացվում են

Վերջին երեքուկես տարում բանակում արձանագրվել է զինծառայողների՝ ծառայության հետ կապված 144 մահվան դեպք, որից միայն 86–ը՝ 2020–ի ընթացքում և 2021–ի ութ ամիսներին։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ը տեղեկացել է՝ ամփոփելով գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան դատախազությունից ստացված տվյալները։ Ներկայացված ցուցանիշում ներառած չեն 2020թ. պատերազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում արձանագրված մահվան դեպքերը։

Այսպես.

2018 թվականի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է 38 զինծառայողների՝ ծառայության հետ կապված մահվան դեպք, որոնցից 7-ը՝ հակառակորդի կողմից կատարված սպանություններ, 1-ը՝ սպանություն, 11-ը՝ ինքնասպանություններ և ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքեր, 6-ը՝ ծառայության հետ կապված ավտովթարներ, 2-ը՝ զենքի օգտագործման կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով տեղի ունեցած դեպքեր, 3-ը՝ հիվանդությունների հետևանքով մահվան դեպքեր, 2-ը՝ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու կանոնների խախտումներ, 1-ը՝ ականի պայթյուն,  3-ը՝ դժբախտ պատահարներ, 2-ը՝ թռիչքների կամ դրանց նախապատրաստման կանոնների խախտումներ։ 

2019 թվականի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է 20 զինծառայողների՝ ծառայության հետ կապված մահվան դեպք, որոնցից 4-ը՝ հակառակորդի կողմից կատարված սպանություններ, 4-ը՝ սպանություն, 7-ը՝ ինքնասպանություններ և ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքեր, 1-ը՝ ծառայության հետ կապված ավտովթար, 1-ը՝ զենքի օգտագործման կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով տեղի ունեցած դեպք, 1-ը՝ հիվանդության հետևանքով մահվան դեպք,  2-ը՝ դժբախտ պատահարներ։

2020 թվականի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է 60 զինծառայողների՝ ծառայության հետ կապված մահվան դեպք, որոնցից 22-ը՝ հակառակորդի կողմից կատարված սպանություններ (ընդ որում 5-ը վիրավորումը ստացել են 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ), 4-ը՝ սպանություն, 13-ը՝ ինքնասպանություններ և ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքեր, 7-ը՝ ծառայության հետ կապված ավտովթար, 3-ը՝ զենքի օգտագործման կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով տեղի ունեցած դեպքեր, 5-ը՝ հիվանդության հետևանքով մահվան դեպքեր, 1-ը՝ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու կանոնների խախտման դեպք, 1-ը՝ ականի պայթյուն, 4-ը՝ դժբախտ պատահարներ։

2021 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից օգոստոսի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է 26 զինծառայողների՝ ծառայության հետ կապված մահվան դեպք, որոնցից 9-ը՝ հակառակորդի կողմից կատարված սպանություններ (ընդ որում 2-ը վիրավորումը ստացել են 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ), 3-ը՝ սպանություն, 4-ը՝ ինքնասպանություններ և ինքնասպանության հասցնելու դեպքեր,  4-ը՝ ծառայության հետ կապված ավտովթարներ, 1-ը՝ զենքի օգտագործման կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով տեղի ունեցած դեպք, 2-ը՝ հիվանդության հետևանքով մահվան դեպքեր, 1-ը՝ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու կանոնների խախտման դեպք, 2-ը՝ դժբախտ պատահարներ։

Նկատենք, որ վերջին երեքուկես տարում բանակում ծառայության հետ կապված մահվան դեպքերի թիվը նվազել է 2019–ին, ապա 2020–ին՝ կտրուկ աճել։ Ընդ որում՝ 2020–ին աճել է ոչ միայն հակառակորդի կողմից կատարված սպանությունների, այլև ինքնասպանությունների և ինքնասպանության հասցնելու, ավտովթարների, հիվանդության հետևանքով մահվան, ինչպես նաև դժբախտ պատահարների հետևանքով մահվան դեպքերի թիվը։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերվում է 2020–ի սեպտեմբերի 27–ից նոյեմբերի 9–ն ընկած  ժամանակահատվածում զոհված զինծառայողների տվյալներին, դատախազությունից տեղեկացրել են, որ այդ մասով ներկայումս վերջնական տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ զոհված զինծառայողների տվյալները պարբերաբար լրացվում են։
