Ավելի քան 2 մլրդ դրամ հափշտակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ու մատակարար կազմակերպության տնօրեն Դավիթ Գալստյանը․ ԱԱԾ
POLITICSՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում շարունակվում է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կարիքների համար ռազմամթերքի մատակարարման գործընթացում ՀՀ ՊՆ և զինված ուժերի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիքներ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, որի շրջանակներում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հափշտակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են 2018-2020 թվականներին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Դ.Տ-ն, ինչպես նաև մատակարար կազմակերպության տնօրեն Դ.Գ-ն: Նույն օրը վերջիններս առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 2,277,323,840 ՀՀ դրամ գումար հափշտակելու և կեղծիքներ, հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքներ կատարելու համար ներգրավվել են որպես մեղադրյալ, և միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան՝ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար:
Բացի այդ, քրեական գործի շրջանակներում նյութական ծանր հետևանքների առաջացմամբ իշխանությունը չարաշահելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիքներ կատարելու համար քրեական հետապնդումներ են հարուցվել նաև ՀՀ զինված ուժերի նախկին և ներկա այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ քրեական գործով շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել մեծածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական գործողություններ՝ պետության առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքը հափշտակելու հանցավոր մեխանիզմի ամբողջական պատկերի բացահայտման, դեպքի հետ առնչություն ունեցած այլ պաշտոնատար անձանց գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և նրանց նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումներ սկսելու ուղղությամբ:
Հաշվի առնելով քրեական գործով հանրությանը թույլատրելի չափով իրազեկելու առաջնահերթությունը՝ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ պարբերաբար իրազեկումների ձևով տեղեկատվություն կտրամադրվի հանրային հնչեղություն ունեցող սույն քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքի և դրա արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:
Միաժամանակ, տեղեկացնում ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն անհանդուրժողական ու հետևողական պայքար է տանելու պետականության հիմքերը թուլացրած, ՀՀ զինված ուժերի համար անորակ և տեխնիկական նորմերին չհամապատասխանող զենք-զինամթերքի ձեռքբերման և այդ գործընթացներում թույլ տրված ապօրինությունների բացահայտման, մեղավոր բոլոր անձանց նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումներ հարուցելու և պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
