Ովքեր են ազատված ՊՇՌ թեստ կամ պատվաստումը հաստատող սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու պահանջից

Հայկական միասնական տեղեկատվական կենտրոնը հայտնում է.

«Բնակչության սանիտարահամաճարակային անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով հոկտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող նոր կարգավորումների առնչությամբ հայտնում ենք.

Չպատվաստված աշխատողը ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող սերտիֆիկատը գործատուին պարտավոր է ներկայացնել 14 օրվա ընթացքում՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ից 14-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։
 
Պատվաստման հավաստագրի կամ 14 օրվա ընթացքում ՊՇՌ հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող սերտիֆիկատի առկայության, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան գրանցամատյանների վարման պահանջների խախտումների դեպքում վարչական պատասխանատվության միջոցները տեսչական մարմինների կողմից կկիրառվեն հոկտեմբերի 14-ից:
 
ՊՇՌ թեստ կամ պատվաստումը հաստատող սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու պահանջից ազատված են հղիները:
 
Պատվաստման ժամանակավոր հակացուցում ունեցող աշխատողները պարտավոր են ՊՇՌ թեստ ներկայացնել։ Պատվաստման բացարձակ հակացուցում ունեցողներն ազատվում են ՊՇՌ թեստ կամ պատվաստումը հաստատող սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու պարտավորությունից, եթե ներկայացնում են համապատասխան բժշկական փաստաթուղթ։
 
Հանրության որոշ հատվածի մոտ կասկածներ կան, որ Առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանը չի կարող պարտադրել նման սահմանափակումներ, սակայն գիտակցաբար կամ անգիտակցաբար անտեսվում է այն փաստը, որ այդ հրամանը բխում է բարձր իրավաբանական ուժ ունեցող այլ ակտերից՝ Սահմանադրություն, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչության սանիտարահամաճարակային անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» և «Արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնակչության պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքներից։ Դրանց հիման վրա են Հրամանով նախատեսվել նման կանոններ, որոնք միտված են բնակչության առողջության պահպանմանը և կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության տարածման կանխարգելմանը:
Նախկինում սահմանված հակահամաճարակային կանոնները շարունակում են ուժի մեջ մնալ, դրանց նկատմամբ խստացված վերահսկողությունը շարունակվում է»:
