Ադրբեջանի պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտարարել է հօգուտ Հայաստանի լրտեսության գործով հանրապետության քաղաքացու ձերբակալության մասին, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ողջամիտ կասկածներ են առաջացել առ այն, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացի, 1970 թ. ծնված Զաքիև Այդինը լրտեսություն է իրականացրել՝ ի վնաս Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության, պետական անվտանգության և պաշտպանական կարողությունների, մեր երկրի դեմ թշնամական գործողություններ իրականացնելու համար օգնել է հայկական հատուկ ծառայություններին»,-ասվում է ծառայության հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Զաքիևը, ըստ հետաքննության, երրորդ երկրի տարածքում գտնվող միջնորդների միջոցով հայկական հատուկ ծառայություններից ստացել է հանձնարարություններ և կատարել դրանք: Բացի այդ, նրան «հանձնարարվել է իր գործունեության մեջ ներգրավել այլ անձանց»:

«Նա, մասնավորապես, տեղեկատվություն է փոխանցել Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի անձնակազմի հավաքագրման վերաբերյալ, աջակցել է հայկական հատուկ ծառայություններին ապատեղեկատվության նպատակաուղղված տարածման հարցում, որն ուղղված է հանրապետությունում էթնիկ հողի վրա առճակատում հրահրելուն», - ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ձերբակալվածի դեմ գործ է հարուցվել Ադրբեջանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 274-րդ («Պետական դավաճանություն») հոդվածով, նա ձերբակալվել է դատարանի որոշմամբ:
