Ի տարբերություն ԱՄՆ-ի, Ռուսաստանն արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ չունի գաղափարական տաբուներ․ Լավրով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանը, ի տարբերություն ԱՄՆ-ի, արտաքին քաղաքական գործընկերների հետ փոխգործակցելիս զերծ է գաղափարական կողմնակալություններից կամ տաբուներից: Այս մասին շաբաթ օրը հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Արտաքին եւ պաշտպանական քաղաքականության խորհրդի (ԱՊՔՀ) 29-րդ վեհաժողովում, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Ի տարբերություն Միացյալ Նահանգների, դա իսկապես այդպես է, մենք չունենք գաղափարական կողմնակալություն, գաղափարական տաբու օտարերկրյա գործընկերների հետ մեր հարաբերություններում: Բայց սա իրականում մեր առավելությունն է` մեթոդաբանական, գործնական, քանի որ այն թույլ է տալիս մեզ ակտիվ միջնորդական դեր խաղալ այն հակամարտությունների լուծման մեջ, որոնք մենք կարեւոր ենք համարում պահել օրակարգում, կապեր պահպանել բոլոր խաղացողների հետ առանց բացառության, դա վերաբերում է նաեւ պրոտագոնիստներին, անտագոնիստներին՝ համապատասխան երկրների ներսում, որոնք բռնկված են հակամարտություններով»,- նշել է նախարարը:
Լավրովն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը միշտ կպաշտպանի միջազգային իրավունք, ՄԱԿ -ի կենտրոնական դերը համաշխարհային ասպարեզում։ «Ռուսաստանի մասնակցությամբ բազմակողմ միավորումները ավելի ու ավելի մեծ դեր են խաղում ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանային օրակարգի ձեւավորման, այլեւ գլոբալ զարգացման միտումների սահմանման գործում»,- հավելել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը: Նրա խոսքով, BRICS-ի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, ՇՀԿ-ի վերջին գագաթաժողովների արդյունքները հստակ ցույց են տալիս այդ կառույցների աճող նշանակությունը:
«Կարծում եմ, որ հենվելով մեր ռեսուրսների, քաղաքական, ռազմավարական ներուժի վրա, մենք կշարունակենք ակտիվորեն առաջ մղել դրական օրակարգ, որն ուղղված կլինի նոր աշխարհակարգի կառուցման համար պայմանների ստեղծմանը, որը, ըստ էության, չպետք է ջնջի հինը, այլ վերադառնա ակունքներին, որոնք դրված են ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության մեջ»,- ասել է նախարարը: Նա հիշեցրել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 76-րդ նստաշրջանում ունեցած իր ելույթում սոցիալական ցանցերի համար առաջարկել է #NurRulesUnCharter հեշթեգը` ի պաշտպանություն կազմակերպության Կանոնադրության: Նրա խոսքով, դա համահունչ է Ռուսաստանի այն դիրքորոշմանը, որ միջազգային կանոնները պետք է լինեն համընդհանուր եւ միասնական բոլորի համար:
«Մենք միշտ գիտենք, որ ճշմարտությունը մեր կողմն է: Եկեք սա համարենք մեր գաղափարախոսությունը կամ, ասենք, մեր արտաքին քաղաքականության գաղափարական բովանդակությունը»,- եզրափակել է նա:
