Մեր երկրները վաղուց բարեկամական հարաբերություններ ունեն, եւ կարծում եմ՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ կկարողանանք շատ բան աել, որպեսզի մեր հարաբերություններն ավելի սերտանան: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 4-ին, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ կայացած համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց Լիտվայի վարչապետ Ինգրիդա Շիմոնիտեն:

«Համոզված եմ՝ դա անելու ուղիներ կգտնենք: Այս տարի տոնում ենք մերն դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակը: Դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների վերականգման տարեդարձը նշում ենք մի շարք պետությունների հետ, սակայն միայնմ մի քանի պետությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ ենք հաասցրել հանդիպել եւ շատ ուրախ եմ, որ այս հանդիպումը տեղի է ունենում:

Շուտով մեր մայրաքաղաքները կկապվեն ուղիղ թռիչքով, դա մեր ժողովուրդներին թույլ կտա միմյանց պետություններն ավելի լավ ճանաչել, խորացնել մեր հարաբերությունները:

Մենք չէինք կարող չքննարկել մարտահրավերները, որոնք ծառացած են բոլոր պետությունների առջեւ: Նախ, համաշխարհային համավարակի առումով մենք շատ հաջող փորձ ունենք: Մեր բուժաշխատողներն աջակցություն են ցուցաբերում Հայաստանին, մեր կառավարությունը 2 որոշում է կայացրել ՀՀ ժողովրդին պատվաստանյութ նվիրաբերելու մասին: Հուսով եմ՝ մենք կկարողանանք այս հարցում աջակցել»,-ասաց նա:

շԼիտվայի վարչապետը երախտագիտություն հայտնեց Հայաստանի կառավարությանը, որ արձագանքում է անօրինական միգրացիայի խնդիրներին. «Թարգմանչիներ են անհրաժեշտ սահմանն ապօրինի հատող անձանց հետ հաղորդակցվելու համար եւ Հայաստանը մեզ օգնեց՝ տրամադրելով քուրմանջի լեզվի թարգմանիչներ: Մենք շատ բարձր ենք գնահատում այդ աջակցությունը:

Հայաստանում վերջերս տեղի ունեցած ընտրությունների արդյունքում ժողովրդավարությանն աջակցությունը շատ ուժեղ էր: Վարչապետը եւ նրա քաղաքական ուժը վիթխարի աջակցություն  ստացան: Բարեփոխումները եւ ժողովրդավարական փոփոխությունները վիթխարի աջակցություն ստացան: Ես կարծում եմ, որ տեխնիկական գիտելիքի, լավագույն փորձի եւ լուծումների փոխանակումը, ցավերից քաղված դասերը եւ այլընտրանքների մասին տեղեկությունների փոխանակումը կարող են օգտակար լինել»,-ասաց նա:

Ինգրիդա Շիմոնիտեն ընդգծեց, որ իրենք ԵՄ-ի մակարդակում սատարում են, որպեսզի ԵՄ-ի հաստատությունները մասնակից լինեն տարածաշրջանային մարտահրավերների հաղթահարմանը եւ աջակցություն ցուցաբերեն. «Ընդամենը վերջերս ԵՄ-ի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ ստորագրվեց Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագիրը եւ դրա հիման վրա բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվելու: Մենք հավատացած ենք, որ Եվրոպական կառույցներն իրենց աջակցությամբ, մասնակցությամբ շատ կարեւոր դեր ունեն, խաղաղության վերահաստատման եւ պահպանման մեխանիզմներն էլ են շատ կարեւոր: Մենք պատրաստ ենք Հայաստանի բարեկամը լինել նաեւ ապագայում»,-ընդգծեց նա:
