Գերմանիայում Prora հանգստյան համալիրը կառուցվել է 1936-1939թթ-ին ֆաշիստական կուսակցության անդամների կողմից՝ իրենց արձակուրդներն այդտեղ անցկացնելու համար։ Երկար ժամանակ լքված մնալուց հետո, այժմ այն նորոգվել է և վերածվել գերժամանակակից թաղամասի, գրում է Daily Mail-ը։

 Բեռլինի Metropole ընկերությունն այն վերանորոգել է և ապահովել 5-աստղանի հյուրանոցների լյուքս դասի սենյակների նման բնակարաններով, սպայով ու լողավազաններով։

 Բացումը կկայանա այս տարվա հոկտեմբերին, իսկ շենքի շուրջ 57 բնակարաններն արդեն վաճառվել են։

 Նշվում է, որ շենքը կառուցելու համար Հիտլերն ինքն է ընտրել վայրը, դիզայնը և այլն, սակայն կենտրոնանալով պատերազմի վրա՝  հանգստավայրի կառուցումը դադարեցվել է։ 

 Շենքը նախատեսված է եղել կառուցել 10.000 առանձնասենյակներով։

 Հանգստավայրը կառուցվել է Գերմանիայի ամենամեծ կղզում՝ Ռյուգենում, որը գտնվում է Բալթիկ ծովում։

 Բնակարանները կարելի է ձեռք բերել 125.000 -900.000 ֆունտ ստերլինգով։

It was planned to be the biggest holiday camp in the world, occupying over three miles of beach front, and the aim was to provide a bucket-and-spade resort for 20,000 families from Hitler’s ‘master race’ 

The construction was part of a programme introduced by Hitler, called Kraft durch Freude - meaning 'strength through joy
