Հոկտեմբերի 1-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել աշխատող քաղաքացիների համար պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատի կամ 14 օրը մեկ COVID19-ի բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող ՊՇՌ տեստի ներկայացման պարտադիրությունը: «Փաստ» թերթը գրավոր հարցմամբ դիմել էր առողջապահության նախարարություն՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել՝ արդյո՞ք հեռավար աշխատողներին ևս վերաբերում է առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանը: Մեր հարցման հաջորդ օրը տարածվեց հաղորդագրություն, որ անցկացվել է առողջապահության նախարարին կից կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեմ պայքարի մասնագիտական հակահամաճարակային խորհրդատվական խմբի առցանց հանդիպում-քննարկում, որի ժամանակ, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, «հանդիպման մասնակիցները բարձրաձայնել են, որ հանրային առողջության և համաճարակաբանության տեսանկյունից հեռավար աշխատողներին բացառությունների ցանկում ներառելը նպատակահարմար չէ»:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք ստացել ենք նաև մեր հարցման պատասխանը, ուր մասնավորաբար գրված է. «Այն դեպքում, երբ աշխատողն աշխատանքն իրականացնում է հեռավար եղանակով, ԱՇԽԱՏԱՎԱՅՐ ՆԵՐԿԱՅԱՆԱԼՈՒ օրը (ընդգծումը մերն է-խմբ.), և հաջորդիվ՝ յուրաքանչյուր 14 օրը մեկ, ներկայացնում է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) ախտորոշման պոլիմերազային շղթայական ռեակցիայի հետազոտության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության կամ առողջապահության նախարարի 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 10-ի թիվ 2688-Լ հրամանով սահմանված սերտիֆիկատ»։
