«Գլորիա» ֆաբրիկայի տնօրենի աղջկա սպանության մեջ կասկածվողը 2019թ-ին մեկ այլ սպանության է մասնակից եղել
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ իրավապահները պարզել են սեպտեմբերի 28-ին Երևանում «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգու դիմաց ինքնաձիգով Land Rover մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ արձակած և ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ, 27-ամյա Դիանա Դարբինյանին մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում պատճառելու, նրա ամուսնուն՝ 29-ամյա Վազգեն Մարգարյանին հրազենային վնասվածք պատճառելու և դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմած ենթադրյալ կասկածյալի ինքնությունը:
Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին քննչական մարմինը դիմում է Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարաններից մեկին, որպեսզի դատարանը որոշում կայացնի նշված հանցագործությունը կատարած ենթադրյալ կասկածյալ, Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 24-ամյա Լևոն Ավետիսյանի բնակության վայրում խուզարկություն կատարի:
Դատարանը բավարարել է քննչական մարմնի միջնորդությունը և արդեն Լ. Ավետիսյանի տանը խուզարկությամբ նկուղից հայտնաբերվել են «Ֆ 1» տիպի և «ՌԳԴ» տիպի 2 նռնակներ իր պայթուցիչներով:
Այս սպանության մեջ որպես կասկածյալ որոնվող Լ. Ավետիսյանը դեռ 2019 թ.-ի ապրիլի 15-ին Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում տեղի ունեցած մեկ այլ՝ հրազենի գործադրմամբ կատարված սպանության և սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործում մասնակցություն է ունեցել: Այդ ժամանակ սպանվել էր Արարատ-2 ֆուտբոլային ակումբի դարպասապահ, 23-ամյա Մուշեղ Ղևոնդյանը:
Նշված սպանությունը բացահայտվել էր և դեպքի մասնակիցները կատարողի հետ հայտնաբերվել էին: Դրանց մեջ է եղել նաև Լ. Ավետիսյանը, ով այս պահին Վանաձորում հայտնի «Գլորիա» կարի ֆաբրիկայի տնօրենի աղջկա սպանության գործով որոնվում է:
Սեպտեմբերի 28-ին, Երևանի «Հաղթանակ» զբոսայգու դիմաց կրակոցների հետևանքով մահացած 27-ամյա Դիանա Դարբինյանը Վանաձոր քաղաքում հայտնի գործարար, «Գլորիա» կարի ֆաբրիկայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Բագրատիոնի Դարբինյանի աղջիկն էր։ Իսկ հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած 29-ամյա Վազգեն Մարգարյանը Դ. Դարբինյանի ամուսինն է, ով աշխատում է հանրապետությունում հայտնի ՍՊԸ-ներից մեկում՝ որպես տնօրեն։
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչներն պարզել էին սպանությունը կատարած և դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմած ենթադրյալ կասկածյալի ինքնությունը, ով Երևանի 24-ամյա բնակիչ է։
Պարզվել էր նաև, որ մինչ կրակոցները, այդ երիտասարդի, ում անունը Լևոն է, և Վ. Մարգարյանի միջև կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Երևանի Սայաթ-Նովա և Ա. Մանուկյան փողոցոների խաչմերուկի մոտ գտնվող սրճարաններից մեկում, որը վերածվել էր նաև ծեծկռտուքի։
Քննիչի հանձնարարականով Land Rover-ը տեղափոխվել էր ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
