Փաշինյանը կրկին իրեն վեր դասեց օրենքից. նոր հրաման` ուժայիններին
POLITICSՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա՝ հոկտեմբերի 7-ի նիստում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ԱԱԾ-ին եւ ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարեց խիստ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել պատվաստումային գործընթացում օրենք խախտողների նկատմամբ:
«ԱԱԾ-ին եւ ոստիկանությանը. կեղծ պատվաստումների մասին ահազանգ չլսեմ, ձերբակալեք, կալանավորեք: Էդ բժիշկները, որոնք օգտվում են առիթից չպատվաստելու մարդկանց եւ պատվաստանյութը փչացնելու համար, շատ խիստ միջոցներ է պետք ձեռնարկել: Ես դիմում են դատախազին եւ քննչական մարմիններին»,-ընդգծեց վարչապետը:
Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ հերթական անգամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահում է թույլ տալիս, այն էլ ոչ ավել, ոչ պակաս՝ կառավարության նիստի ընթացքում: Եթե նման բան իրեն թույլ տար նախկին վարչապետերից որևէ մեկը, դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե ինչ աղմուկ կբարձրացներ այն ժամանակվա ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Փաշինյանը, իհարկե, քաջ գիտակցում է, որ դա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան ուղղակի հրաման իրավապահ, ուժային մարմիններին, ինչը օրենքի կոպիտ խախտում է: Իրավապահները առանց վարչապետի կոչի ու հորդորի էլ կարող են զբաղվել իրենց ամենօրյա աշխատանքով, ավելին՝ պարտավոր են դա անել, սակայն, երբ կառավարության նիստին վարչապետի շուրթերից նման հրաման է հնչում, իրավապահները այլևս կաշկանդված են այդ հրամանով և ստիպված են լինելու անել ամեն բան՝ արդարացնելու վարչապետի հույսերը, անգամ, եթե դրա համար իրավական բազան անչափ խարխուլ լինի: Եվ թերևս ամենակարևորը՝ քաղաքացուն կալանավորել, թե ոչ` որոշում է օրենքը, այլ ոչ թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
