Օրեր առաջ «Փաստը» գրել էր, որ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը փափագում է ստանալ Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանի պաշտոնը: Սակայն նաև նշել էինք, որ ինչքան էլ նա փորձում է ցույց տալ, թե ինքն ընդունված է Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական ու ռազմական վերնախավի կողմից, իրականում նրա նկատմամբ, մեղմ ասած, շատ մեծ վերապահում կա:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, նրա թեկնածությունը, կարծես, ռուսական կողմի հավանությանը չի արժանացել, և ներկայումս ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է Մոսկվայի և Մերձմոսկովյան հայ համայնքների ղեկավար, գործարար, հասարակական գործիչ Արտյոմ Վարդանյանի թեկնածությունը՝ ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանի պաշտոնում: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ նա հատկապես վայելում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տիկնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի հովանավորությունը: Վերջինս երկու ամիս առաջ ՖԲ իր էջում լուսանկարներ էր տեղադրել՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ հանդիպել է Արտյոմ Վարդանյանի հետ: Ի դեպ, այդ օրերին մամուլում գրվեց, որ Վարդանյանը խնդրել է Աննա Հակոբյանին իրեն ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան նշանակել տալ՝ խոստանալով, որ տարեկան 500 հազար դոլար կապահովի նրա հիմնադրամների համար: Վարդանյանն ինքը այդ ժամանակ նշել էր, որ պատրաստ կլինի ծառայելու պետությանը, եթե Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը նման որոշում ընդունի, թեպետ հերքել էր, թե ինքը Աննա Հակոբյանի հետ նման զրույց է ունեցել:

Այդուամենայնիվ, մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ վերջին շրջանում իշխանության նպատակները կարծես առավել հաստատակամ են դառնում՝ Վարդանյանին դեսպան նշանակելու հարցում, և այստեղ, մեղմ ասած, քիչ չէ հենց Ա. Հակոբյանի դերակատարությունը: Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս նշանակմամբ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն առաջին հերթին նպատակ ունեն ռուսաստանահայ գործարարների «սիրտը շահել» և նրանց դարձնել յուրօրինակ «փրկօղակ» իրենց համար:

Թե որքանով դա կհաջողվի, և որքանով Ռուսաստանին կբավարարի այս թեկնածությունը, ցույց կտա ժամանակը:
