Կրակոցներ՝ Հրազդանում. մարզպետարանին հարակից վարսավիրանոցում տեղի է ունեցել փոխհրաձգություն, կան վիրավորներ
SOCIETYԿոտայքի մարզում, հոկտեմբերի 7-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել. ժամը 12։25-ի սահմաններում «Հրազդան» ԲԿ-ից ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։
Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ, ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 30-ամյա Մորիս Ս-ն է։
Մինչ ոստիկանները պարզում էին դեպքի հանգամանքները, «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ հրազենային վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել 2 քաղաքացի։
Սևանի ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նշված անձինք են Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 22-ամյա Աշոտ Կ-ն և Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 21-ամյա Սամվել Ա-։ Սամվել Ա-ն այնուհետև «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից տեղափոխվել է Երևանի «Իզմիրլյան» բժշկական կենտրոն։ Նշված անձինք հրազենային վնասվածքներ են ստացել Հրազդան քաղաքի Կենտրոն թաղամասի Օգոստոսի 23 փողոցում գտնվող վարսավիրանոցներից մեկում տեղի ունեցած փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով։
Բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ նշված անձինք ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։
Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին նրանց կյանքի համար, ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 11;50-ի սահմաններում նշված վարսավիրանոցում Աշոտ Կ-ի, Սամվել Ա-ի և Մորիս Ս-ի միջև տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում Աշոտ Կ-ն իր մոտ եղած «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակով կրակոց է արձակել Մորիս Ս-ի ուղղությամբ, ով ոտքի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել։ Իսկ Մորիս Ս-ի եղբայրը՝ Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 32-ամյա Ավիս Ս-ն, դեռևս անհայտ տեսակի ատրճանակից կրակոց է արձակել Աշոտ Կ-ի և Սամվել Ա-ի ուղղությամբ, որոնք նույնպես ոտքերի հատվածում ստացել են հրազենային վնասվածքներ։
Փաստի առթիվ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 6-րդ կետերի 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են տարբեր տրամաչափի կրակված պարկուճներ, արնանման հետքեր, ինչպես նաև պատուհանի վնասված ապակի։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, Ավիս Ս-ին և հանցագործության գործիք հրազենները հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
