Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը հայտնել է՝ ինչու է երկիրը ցանկանում մասնակցել «3+3» ձևաչափով քննարկումներին

Վրաստանին դժվար կլինի մասնակցել «3+3» ձևաչափին Ռուսաստանի հետ, այնուամենայնիվ երկիրը պետք է ինչ-որ կերպ ներկայացված լինի խոշոր աշխարհաքաղաքական նախագծերում: Այսպես Վրաստանի փոխվարչապետ և ԱԳ նախարար Դավիդ Զալկալիանին մեկնաբանել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությունը, որն առաջարկել էր տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության «3+3» ձևաչափը՝ մի կողմից Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի, մյուս կողմից՝ Իրանի, Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի մասնակցությամբ:
«Անկասկած, երբ մենք որևէ գործընթաց չենք տեսնում ապաշրջափակման ուղղությամբ, շատ բարդ է մասնակցել նման ձևաչափին և խոսել որևէ ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի մասին: Այնուամենայնիվ, ցանկանում եմ հանրությանը հայտնել հետևյալ դիրքորոշումը. այս մեծ աշխարհաքաղաքական նախագծերում և հարաբերություններում մենք, անկասկած, ինչ-որ կերպ պետք է ներկայացված լինենք՝ սակայն ոչ պետական շահերի և որևէ զիջումների հաշվին»,- Զալկալիանին մեջբերում է Новости-Грузия-ն:
Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը «կարմիր գիծ» են: «Հարկ է, որ մենք հետ չմնանք այն գործընթացներից, որոնք զարգանում են տարածաշրջանում և անպայման մասնակցենք բոլոր նոր, նույնիսկ ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերում, որոնք կարող են շրջանցել Վրաստանը, ինչի պատճառով Վրաստանը կարող է կորցնել իր դերն ու գործառույթը: Այդ իսկ պատճառով այստեղ կարևոր է հենց հստակ դիրքորոշում ունենալ, որպեսզի մեր երկրի շահերը չտուժեն»,- ասել է Զալկալիանին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «3+3» ձևաչափի մասին ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը խոսել էր օրեր առաջ Մոսկվայում Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Հոսեյն Ամիր-Աբդոլահիանի հետ բանակցություններին հաջորդած ասուլիսում՝ նշելով, որ Իրանը դրական է արձագանքել այդ ձևաչափի ստեղծմանը:
