Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը РБК-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը կատարել է եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած իր բոլոր պարտավորությունները ու պատրաստ է իրականացնել նաև կոմունիկացիաների բացմանը վերաբերող կետը, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանն առ այսօր դեռ չի վերադարձրել գերիներին:
«Եթե ճանապարհը բացվի, դրանով առաջին հերթին պետք է վերադառնան այն անձինք, որոնք ներկա պահին գերության մեջ են: Այս հարցը չի քննարկվում»,- ասել է Սիմոնյանը:
ԱԺ նախագահը հայտնել է, որ ԿԽՄԿ տվյալներով այս պահին Ադրբեջանում է պահվում, շուրջ 70, այլ աղբյուրներով՝ մինչև 100 ռազմագերի:
Սիմոնյանը նաև հայտնել է, որ ևս շուրջ 200 զինծառայողներ համարվում են անհետ կորած՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ նրանք ևս կլինեն գերեվարվածների մեջ:
«Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ-ը ներկա պահին գտնվում է Հայաստանի տարածքներում;Այս հարցը ևս շուտափույթ լուծում է պահանջում: Նրանք պետք է հնարավորինս արագ հեռանան ՀՀ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված տարածքներից»,- նշել է ԱԺ նախագահը:
РБК-ի հարցին, թե Բաքվի ո՞ր գործողությունը Երևանը կդիտարկի որպես «կարմիր գիծ», Ալեն Սիմոնյանը պատասխանել է. «Մենք կանգնած ենք կարմիր գծի մոտ ու չէինք ցանկանա, որ ստիպված լինենք անցնել այն: Դա պետք չէ ո՛չ Հայաստանին, ո՛չ Ադրբեջանին, ո՛չ Թուրքիային, ո՛չ Ռուսաստանին ու ո՛չ էլ Իրանին»:
