«Կրակոցն ուղիղ սրտին է եղել, սա խայտառակություն է». Մետքասե Հակոբյանը` Արցախում 55-ամյա տղամարդու զոհվելու մասին
SOCIETYՍա խայտառակություն է, մեր կողմից էլ որեւէ գործողություն մինչ այս պահը չկա, երբ որ պետք էր արագ արձագանքել կատարվածին: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատագամ,ավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը` անդրադառնալով այսօր Արցախում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական դեպքին:
«Սա խայտառակություն է: Ես արդեն չեմ պատկերացնում իշխանությունները ինչ են պատրաստվում անել լուռ ու մունջ նստելով: Կրակոցն ուղիղ սրտին է եղել, այսինքն` ուղիղ ուզել են սպանել մարդուն, այսինքն մինչ այս ցանկանում էին վախեցնել մարդկանց, իսկ հիմա կոնկրետ ուզել են սպանել մարդուն, ով տրակտորով իր այգում աշխատում էր: Սրանով ուզում են խորացնել վախի մթնոլորտը Արցախում: Սա էլ կոչվում է խաղաղ ժամանակ, սա էլ կոչվում է, որ իրավիճակը վերահսկվում է»,- ասաց նա:
Պատգամավորի խոսքով` իշպանությունները ոչինչ չեն անում, որ բնակիչների անվտանգությունը ապահովեն, մարդիկ չցանկանան լքել Արցախը:
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ հոկտեմբերի 9-ին, 13:15-ին Մարտակերտի շրջանային ոստիկանության բաժնից հայտնել են, որ Մարտակերտ քաղաքին հարակից նռան այգում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի դիպուկահարի կրակոցից մահացու վիրավորում է ստացել Մարտակերտ քաղաքի 1966 թվականին ծնված Արամ Տեփնանցը:
