Ադրբեջանցին մեղավոր է ճանաչվել 26 ռուսաստանցիների մահվան մեջ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱնօրինական ալկոհոլ վաճառելու մեջ մեղադրվող առաջին անձը, որի սպառումից հետո մահացել է Օրենբուրգի 26 բնակիչ, կալանավորվել է երկու ամսով՝ մինչև այս տարվա դեկտեմբերի 8-ը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Ural56.ru տեղական հրատարակությունը:
Կայքի հաղորդմամբ` նա մեղադրվում է ապրանքների և մթերքների արտադրության, պահպանման, փոխադրման կամ վաճառքի, աշխատանքի կամ անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ծառայությունների մատուցման մեջ (Քրեական օրենսգրքի 238 -րդ հոդվածի 3 -րդ մաս): Տղամարդը Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի է, ծագումով Ադրբեջանից, ծնված 1992 թվականին: Նախկինում նա դատվել էր նմանատիպ հանցագործության համար, հայտնում է պորտալը: Նշվում է, որ կասկածյալը պաշտոնապես ոչ մի տեղ չի աշխատել:
Հոկտեմբերի 7 -ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Օրենբուրգի շրջանում տեղի բնակիչները թունավորվել են կեղծ ալկոհոլից: Քննչական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ հոկտեմբերի 6-ից 7-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում մարզի Դոմբարովսկի շրջանում մահացել է հինգ մարդ, ևս չորսը՝ Յասնենսկի քաղաքային շրջանում: Բոլոր զոհերը 36-ից 73 տարեկան էին, հայտնել է գերատեսչությունը: Հետագայում նրանց թիվը հասել է 26-ի: Առնվազն 54 մարդ տուժել է ալկոհոլի օգտագործումից՝ ներառյալ մահացածները:
Այս փաստով բերման է ենթարկվել 6 կասկածյալ: Հետաքննությունը պարզել է, որ ալկոհոլը վաճառվել է Օրսկի առևտրի և գնումների բազայի պահեստից: Այդտեղից առգրավվել է 0.5 լիտր ծավալով 1279 շիշ ալկոհոլային խմիչք` առանց համապատասխան պիտակի:
