POLITICSԱրցախի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը խստորեն դատապարտում է Ադրբեջանի նման ագրեսիվ պահվածքը և սադրիչ գործողությունները՝ միտված Արցախի Հանրապետության խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում վախի մթնոլորտի ստեղծմանն ու Արցախի հայաթափմանը: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԳՆ-ն:
«Հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի դիպուկահարի կրակոցից մահացու վիրավորում է ստացել Արցախի Հանրապետության Մարտակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչ, որը գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ էր իրականացնում քաղաքի հարակից տարածքում:

Ադրբեջանը նաև հեռահար նպատակներ է հետապնդում․ խափանել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ առաքելության իրականացումն ու կասկածի տակ դնել խաղաղապահների գործունեության արդյունավետությունը։
Տվյալ և նախորդ մյուս բոլոր միջադեպերը, որոնց ընթացքում տուժել են խաղաղ բնակիչներ կամ նրանց պատկանող գույքը, Ադրբեջանի համակարգված հայատյաց քաղաքականության դրսևորումներ են և հերթական ապացույց, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների՝ Արցախի ժողովրդին ուղղված խաղաղասիրական կոչերը և խաղաղ համագոյակցության հնարավորության վերաբերյալ պնդումները ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին մոլորեցնելու և հայկական կողմերի զգոնությունը թուլացնելու փորձ:
