Ապացույցները բավարար են արցախցուն սպանած անձին եւ հանցագործության գործիքը նույնականացնելու համար. Արցախի դատախազություն
SOCIETYՆախաքննական մարմնի տիրապետության տակ են գտնվում այն ապացույցները, որոնք բավարար են ադրբեջանական կողմից արձակված կրակոցից Մարտակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1966թ․ ծնված Արամ Ալեքսեյի Տեփնանցին սպանած անձին եւ հանցագործության գործիքը նույնականացնելու համար: Այս մասին ասված է Արցախի Հանրապետության դատախազության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:
«2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Մարտակերտի քաղաքային համայնքի վարչական տարածքում տեղակայված վարելահողում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանք կատարելիս` մոտակայքում տեղակայված ադրբեջանական դիրքից արձակված կրակոցից կրծքավանդակի հատվածում վիրավորվել ու տեղում մահացել է Մարտակերտ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1966թ․ ծնված Արամ Ալեքսեյի Տեփնանցը։
Դեպքի առթիվ ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 103-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանցանքի հատկանիշներով (սպանություն, որը կատարվել է ազգային, ռասայական կամ կրոնական ատելության կամ կրոնական մոլեռանդության շարժառիթով), նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, կատարվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական մյուս գործողությունները: Նախաքննական մարմնի տիրապետության տակ են գտնվում այն ապացույցները, որոնք բավարար են հանցագործության գործիքը և հանցանք կատարած անձին նույնականացնելու համար:
Ադրբեջանական կողմն առայժմ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն չի տարածել դեպքի առնչությամբ քրեական գործ հարուցելու մասին:
Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմինները պատրաստակամ են ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերին ներկայացնելու այն ապացույցները, որոնք փաստում են Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից Արցախի քաղաքացու նկատմամբ հանցավոր ոտնձգություն կատարելը:
Ադրբեջանը, հանդիսանալով Մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների պաշտպանության մասին եվրոպական կոնվենցիայի անդամ երկիր, ստանձնել է կյանքի իրավունքը հարգելու պարտականություն: Չկատարելով Կոնվենցիայով նախատեսված իր պարտավորությունները, ադրբեջանական կողմը մեկ անգամ ևս թույլ է տալիս եզրահանգելու (արցախահայությունը դրանում վաղուց համոզված է), որ նման հանցավոր արարքները կրում են կազմակերպված և ուղղորդված բնույթ և իրենց ամբողջությամբ դադարում են լինել սոսկ մարդու դեմ ուղղված արարք` կրելով ահաբեկչական բնույթ ու նպատակ»,- նշված է հաղորդագրությունում:
