Աղվան Հովսեփյանի գործով ՀՔԾ-ում ուշագրավ փաստաթուղթ կա. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Հոկտեմբերի 8-ին լրացավ մեկ ամիս, ինչ ՀՀ նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ, Քննչական կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը կալանավորվեց Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կողմից եւ գտնվում է Երեւանի «Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում կամ բոլորին հայտնի «ԿԳԲ-ի պադվալում»: Իսկ ինչպե՞ս զարգացան իրադարձությունները:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրթերթին ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել, թե ինչ հանգամանքներից ելնելով Աղվան Հովսեփյանի մտերիմ ընկերները որոշեցին դուրս գալ նրա դեմ, եւ ինչ ուշագրավ փաստաթուղթ կա Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում: ՀՔԾ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի որդու՝ Միսակ Հովսեփյանի եւ Արշավիր Սարգսյանի բիզնես հարաբերությունները լարվել են այն բանից հետո, երբ 2013 թվականին Աղվան Հովսեփյանը հրաժեշտ տվեց Գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնին: Այսինքն՝ չկա պաշտոն, չկա ընկերություն: Իրավապահ համակարգի մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Արշավիր Սարգսյանը եւ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի որդին ՀԷԿ-երի ոլորտում համատեղ բիզնես են ունեցել եւ աշխատեցրել «Սուրբ Աղբյուր» եւ «Վարդահովիտ» ՍՊԸ-ները: 2013 թվականին ընկերությունը չի կարողացել իրականացնել իր բանկային պարտավորութունները, նաեւ հայտնվում են այլ պարտատերեր: Աղվան Հովսեփյանն ու որդին, տեղեկանալով, որ ընկերությունը բանկային պարտավորություններ ունի չկատարած, փորձում է վերջինիս հետ կապ հաստատել, սակայն ապարդյուն:
Հետագայում այլ ելք չունենալով՝ Արշավիր Սարգսյանը Աղվան Հովսեփյանի որդուն ասում է, որ մոտ 4.1 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային պարտավորություն կա, եւ, ըստ իրավապահների կողմից քննվող վարկածի, ներքին խառնաշփոթի արդյունքում Աղվան Հովսեփյանի որդին Արշավիր Սարգսյանի կողմից չկատարված 4,1 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային պարտավորությունը վերցնում է իր վրա: Բանկի ներկայացուցչի ներկայությամբ Արշավիր Սարգսյանի եւ Աղվան Հովսեփյանի որդու միջեւ կնքվել է համապատասխան համաձայնագիր, որը կցված է ՀՔԾ-ում քննվող քրեական գործին, որտեղ նշված է, թե կողմերը ինչ պետք է անեն, որ հաշտության գան:
Թերեւս ՀՔԾ-ն պետք է հարցաքննության հրավիրի բանկի կառավարչին, որը քրեական գործով կարեւոր ապացույցներ կարող է ներկայացնել:
