Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կոչ է արել օգտագործել ԱՊՀ երկրների հետախուզական ծառայությունների ներուժը՝ ԱՊՀ տարածքը նոր սպառնալիքներից պաշտպանելու համար: Այս մասին ասվում է չորեքշաբթի Մոսկվայում ԱՊՀ երկրների անվտանգության գործակալությունների և հետախուզական ծառայությունների ղեկավարների հանդիպմանը Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի ողջույնի խոսքում, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Ձեր գլխավորած առայությունները և գերատեսչություններն ունեն լուրջ գործառնական, տեխնիկական և կադրային հնարավորություններ, և այսօր կարևոր է առավելագույնս օգտագործել այս հզոր ներուժը` մեր պետությունները, ամբողջ ԱՊՀ-ն հուսալիորեն պաշտպանելու ներքին և արտաքին սպառնալիքներից», - ասել է Պուտինը:

 Առաջին հերթին, նշել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահը, խոսքը միջազգային ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի, անդրազգային հանցավոր խմբերի, զենքի անօրինական շրջանառության, կիբերհանցագործությունների և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության, մաքսանենգության և անօրինական միգրացիայի մասին է:

«Այս խնդիրների իրականացման ընթացքում բոլոր առանցքային ոլորտներում համակարգված աշխատանքը, տեղեկատվության մշտական փոխանակումը և համատեղ գործողությունները մեծ պահանջարկ ունեն», - ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Պատրուշևը հայտարարել էր, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները ժամային ռումբ է տեղադրել Աֆղանստանում՝ այնտեղ թողնելով մեծ քանակությամբ զենք՝ Թալիբանի իշխանության գալու ֆոնին: 

«Ներկայիս իրավիճակում այն կարող է հեշտությամբ ընկնել ԻՊ-ի, «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի կամ այլ խմբավորումների ահաբեկիչների ձեռքը, որոնք լուրջ սպառնալիք են ներկայացնում մեր պետությունների համար»,-ասել է նա չորեքշաբթի Մոսկվայում՝ ԱՊՀ երկրների անվտանգության և հետախուզական գործակալությունների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

Պատրուշևը նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի գործողությունների պատճառով Աֆղանստանից զինյալները կարող են փախստականների քողի տակ ներթափանցել ԱՊՀ երկրներ: Վերջիններիս թվի կտրուկ աճը նա համարել է տարածաշրջանային լուրջ սպառնալիք:

Պատրուշևն ԱՊՀ երկրներին կոչ է արել ուժեղացնել միջազգային ահաբեկիչների և Արևմուտքի ծրագրերի մասին հետախուզական տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը:
