«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Առաջիկայում սպասվող ՏԻՄ այս ընտրությունները գործող իշխանությունը փաստացի դիտարկում է ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների տրամաբանության մեջ, այսինքն՝ նաև տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների նկատմամբ տոտալ վերահսկողություն հաստատելու համատեքստում: Այս ճանապարհին Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը շարունակում է նույն գործելաոճը՝ գեներացնելով ատելության խոսքը, տանելով թշնամանքի քարոզչություն։

Մենք մեկ անգամ չէ, որ արձանագրել ենք՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է հերթով «գրավել» պետական բոլոր ինստիտուտները՝ կառավարություն, խորհրդարան, դատարաններ, իսկ հիմա եկել է ՏԻՄ-երը մոնոպոլացնելու փուլը։ Շատերի համոզմամբ, սա նոր մարտահրավեր է ժողովրդավարությանը, որը համարժեք գործողություններ, հակազդեցություն է ենթադրում ընդդիմության կողմից։ Առաջիկա ընտրությունները կարող են դառնալ քաղաքական նոր համատեքստի ձևավորման, նոր գաղափարների ու մոդելների գեներացիայի հիմք։ Օրինակ՝ Դիլիջան խոշորացված համայնքում հոկտեմբերի 17-ի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը, մեր տեղեկություններով, բավականին գրագետ ու թիրախային քարոզարշավ է անցկացրել։

Կուսակցության ցուցակը գլխավորում է քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Արմեն Օրդինյանը, որը փաստացի իրական ընդդիմության միակ թեկնածուն է Դիլիջան համայնքի ավագանու ընտրություններում: Դիլիջանում շատերը վստահ են, որ «Հայրենիքն» ու Արմեն Օրդինյանը կարող են հաղթել՝ մեկ համայնքում դառնալով իշխանության ավտորիտար նկրտումների խոչընդոտ։ Այդ հաղթանակին իշխանությունը խանգարել չի կարող, եթե իրական ընդդիմության մյուս ուժերը, հասարակական ու քաղաքացիական սեգմենտները Արմեն Օրդինյանին դիտարկեն որպես ընդդիմության միասնական կամ գոնե կոնսոլիդացված թեկնածու։ Մեկ համայնքում ընդդիմության հաղթանակը կարող է էապես փոխել իրավիճակը երկրում, մասնավորաբար հասարակության մոտ հավատ ծնել փոփոխությունների նկատմամբ։
