«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մասնագետները պարբերաբար ահազանգում են, որ կառավարությունը մի կողմից՝ կապիտալ ծախսերը կիսով չափ թերակատարել է, մյուս կողմից՝ անընդհատ խնդիրներ է ունենում բյուջեի ընթացիկ ծախսերն ապահովելու համար: Ավելին, կարծիքիներ կան, որ առաջիկայում կառավարությունը դժվարություններ է ունենալու գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ սոցիալական: Այս «ճեղքվածքները» փակելու համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը անընդհատ մեծացնում է արտաքին պարտքը: Արդյունքում, ըստ տնտեսագետների, գրեթե զրոյական 2020 թվականի համեմատ իրականում չնչին տնտեսական աճի (ինչն այդքան սիրում են թմբկահարել իշխանությունները) սկզբունքն ու էությունը և, ընդհանրապես, ամբողջ տնտեսությունը կառուցված ու հիմնված է պետական պարտքի ներգրավման տրամաբանության վրա:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, խնդիրները առաջիկայում ոչ միայն չեն նվազելու, այլև ավելանալու են: Բանն այն է, որ չնայած պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությանը, բյուջեի եկամուտներն իրականում չեն հավաքագրվում։ Ըստ մեր հավաստի տեղեկությունների, որպեսզի բյուջետային «կրախի» առջև չկանգնեն, Փաշինյանի դեմ բունտ չհասունանա, և նա կարողանա հանգիստ լուծել կոմունիկացիաների բացման, այդ թվում, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցը, իշխանությունները անհայտ աղբյուրներից փող են ներարկում բյուջե։ Թե որտեղից են այդ գումարները, պարզ չէ, թեպետ նույնիսկ իշխանության կուլիսներում են տարակուսած այդ «ներարկումներից»:
