Հայաստանը պատրաստ է իր սուվերեն վերահսկողության տակ թույլատրել Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիան երթևեկել իր ճանապարհներով. ԱԽ քարտուղար
POLITICSՈչ միայն նոյեմբերի 9-ը, այլ նաև պատերազմը բազմաթիվ քննարկումների առիթ է դարձել: Եվ իսկապես, պատերազմը տարածաշրջանի վրա ահռելի մեծ ազդեցություն է ունեցել: Այն նաև դաշտ է բացել, որպեսզի ահաբեկիչները և այլ պետության զինված ուժերը ներկա գտնվեն մեր տարածաշրջանում: Այդ մասին իրանական «Tasnim» լրատվական գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Հայաստանի ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։
«Սրա արդյունքում ընդհանուր տարածաշրջանում ապակայունություն է ստեղծվել: Մենք բազմիցս բոլորին զգուշացրել ենք սրա մասին, բայց այդ զգուշացումները չեն օգնել, որ մենք կարողանանք կանխել այս գործընթացը», - նշել է նա։
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ապաշրջափակմանը՝ Գրիգորյանն ասել է, որ դրա մասին կոնկրետ նշված է ինչպես նոյեմբերի 9-ի, այնպես էլ հունվարի 11-ի համատեղ հայտարարություններում:
«Ուզում եմ հստակ նշել, որ այդտեղ չկա միջանցքի մասին ոչ մի խոսք: Չնայած դրան, Ադրբեջանը բազմաթիվ անգամ հայտարարել է, որ միջանցքի քննարկում կա: Ուզում եմ հստակ նշել, որ Հայաստանն երբեք չի քննարկել, չի քննարկում և չի քննարկելու միջանցքային տրամաբանությամբ որևէ հարց: Այս մոտեցումը մենք փոխանցել ենք ոչ միայն մեր գործընկերներին, այլ պարբերաբար հրապարակային նշել ենք սրա մասին: Ավելին ասեմ, նախընտրական շրջանում հենց Կապան քաղաքում՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ միջանցք չի եղել, չկա և չի լինելու», - ասել է Գրիգորյանը։
Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ճանապարհ տրամադրել, բացել ճանապարհներն, այսինքն գոյություն ունեցող բոլոր ճանապարհները տրամադրել, որպեսզի և՛ Ադրբեջանը, և՛ Թուրքիան երթևեկելու համար օգտվեն այդ ճանապարհներից:
«Բայց բոլոր այդ ճանապարհները լինելու են Հայաստանի սուվերեն վերահսկողության տակ ու այս առումով մենք և՛ հրապարակային ենք խոսել, և՛ մեր գործընկերներին ենք սրա մասին ասել», - ասել է ԱԽ քարտուղարը։
