ԱՀԿ. Կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստումը չպետք է երկիր մուտք գործելու նախապայման լինի
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱռողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը (ԱՀԿ) չի պաշտպանում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութ ունենալու պահանջը՝ որպես նախապայման՝ այս կամ այն երկիր մուտք գործելու թույլտվություն ստանալու համար: Նման պարզաբանումներ տրվել են ՏԱՍՍ-ին ԱՀԿ-ի ժնեւեյան կենտրոնակայանում՝ ի պատասխան հարցին, թե ինչպես է կազմակերպությունը վերաբերվում նպատակակետ երկրում չճանաչված պատվաստանյութերով պատվաստված ուղեւորների մուտքի սահմանափակումներին:
«Առողջապահության միջազգային կանոնակարգերի դրույթների համաձայն՝ պատվաստանյութերը պետք է հաստատված լինեն ԱՀԿ-ի կողմից եւ հասանելի լինեն բոլորի համար, նախքան դրանք ճանապարհորդության նախապայման համարելը»,- նշել են կազմակերպությունում: Այս կապակցությամբ ԱՀԿ-ն «չի պաշտպանում պատվաստումների ապացույցի օգտագործումը որպես միջազգային ճանապարհորդության նախապայման՝ հաշվի առնելով հարուստ եւ ցածր եկամուտ ունեցող երկրներում պատվաստանյութերի անհավասար հասանելիությունը»:
Մամուլի ծառայությունը հիշեցրել է ԱՀԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Թեդրոս Ադան Գեբրեեսուսի՝ օգոստոսին Ժնեւում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսին արված հայտարարությունը, ով ուշադրություն էր հրավիրել որոշ երկրների՝ իրենց մոտ չգրանցված պատվաստանյութերով պատվաստված այլ պետությունների քաղաքացիներին իրենց տարածք մուտք գործելու մերժման վրա, թեեւ հաստատված են ԱՀԿ -ի կողմից արտակարգ օգտագործման համար: ԱՀԿ-ի ղեկավարն ասել է, որ դա մեծ քաոսի եւ խտրականության է հանգեցնում՝ հավելելով, որ որոշ երկրներ «նույնիսկ հրաժարվում են օգտագործել որոշ պատվաստանյութեր, քանի որ անհանգստացած են, որ իրենց քաղաքացիներին թույլ չեն տա մուտք գործել այլ պետություններ»: Գլխավոր տնօրենը վստահեցրել է, որ ԱՀԿ-ի կողմից հաստատված բոլոր պատվաստանյութերն «անվտանգ եւ արդյունավետ» են հիվանդությունների ծանր ընթացքի եւ մահերի կանխարգելման համար, այդ թվում՝ կորոնավիրուսի դելտա տարբերակից:
Մինչ օրս ԱՀԿ-ն յոթ պատվաստանյութ է առաջարկել համավարակի դեմ պայքարում շտապ օգտագործման համար: Բացի այդ, եւս 13 դեղամիջոցի, այդ թվում՝ ռուսական Sputnik V-ի եւ Epivakkorona-ի, հաստատման հայտերը գտնվում են ուսումնասիրության տարբեր փուլերում:
