INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵլույթ ունենալով ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների նիստին՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերի 9-ին ՌԴ-ի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միւև ձեռք բերված համաձայնությամբ վերջ է դրվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը:
«Հետհակմարտային ժամանակաշրջանն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, հանգիստ է անցնում: Հետհակամարտային եմ ասում, քանի որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունն անցյալում է մնացել: Ադրբեջանը վերականգնել է իր տարածքային մաբողջականությունը, կատարել է ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձևը, որը պահանջում էր հայկական ուժերի անհապաղ դուրսբերումը Ադրբեջանի տարածքից: Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի հետ հակամարտությունը կարգավորել է ռազմա-քաղաքական եղանակով»,- ասել է Ալիևը:
Ալիևը շեշտել է, որ համաձայնագրի կնքումից հետո հայկական ուժերը դուրս են եկել Ակնայի, Քաշաթաղի և Քարվաճառի շրջաններից, իսկ մինչ այդ «ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը ավելի քան 300 գյուղ ու քաղաք են ազատագրել մարտի դաշտում»:
«Պատերազնմից հետո Ադրբեջանի ավելի քան 150 քաղաքացի է զոհվել կամ վիրավորվել ականի պայթյունների հետևանքով»,- ասել է ադրբեջանցի նախագահը՝ հավելելով, Հայաստանը «հրաժարվում է տրամադրել ականապատման բոլոր քարտեզները»: Նրա խոսքով՝ մինչ այս տրամադրված քարտեզների ճշտությունը 25 տոկոս է կազմում:
«Անցած տարվա ընթացքում՝ այն բանից հետո, երբ Ադրբեջանը վերականգնել է վերահսկողությունը Իրանի հետ պետական սահմանաի 130 կմ-անոց ճանապարահատվածի նկատմամբ, կանգենցրել է թմրանյութի շրջանառությունն Իրանից Ջաբրայիլի (Ջրական) շրջանով դեպի Հայաստան և Եվրոպա»,- հավելել է Ալիևը՝ Հայաստանին և Իրանին մեղադրելով դեպի Եվրոպա թմրանյութեր տեղափոխելու համար:
Վերջինս հավելել է, որ «Հայաստանին է վերադարձրել պատերազմի ժամանակ բոլոր գերի ընկածներին»: Անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերի վերջին ավելի քան գերի ընկած շիրակցի զինվորականներին Ալիևը նիստի ժամանակ ներկայացրել է որպես դիվերսանտների:
Ադրբեջանցի ղեկավարը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել սահմանազատման և սահամանգծման գործընթաց սկսել՝ տարածքային ամբողջականության փոխադարձ հարգանքի սկզբունքով:
«Պատրաստ ենք նաև բանակցություններ սկսել Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղ պայմանագրի մասին: Ադրբեջանը՝ որպես հաղթող երկիր, պատրաստ է հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը և հուսով ենք, որ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը բաց չի թողնի այս պատմական հնարավորությունը»,- եզրափակել է Ալիևը:
