Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ կողմից Արցախում մարտական դիրքի վրա հարձակման և ՊԲ 6 զինծառայողների սպանության փորձի առթիվ քրգործ է հարուցվել
SOCIETY2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 21։05-ի սահմաններում, հակառակորդի մի խումբ զինծառայողներ, երկու և ավելի անձանց դիտավորությամբ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու և ուրիշի գույքը զգալի չափերով դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելու նպատակներով, ազգային ատելության շարժառիթներով, տարբեր տիպի և տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից կրակ են արձակել ՊԲ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքի ուղղությամբ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը, արդյունքում վնասվել է նշված մարտական դիրքի վրանը, ինչպես նաև տարբեր աստիճանի բեկորային և հրազենային վիրավորումներ են ստացել նույն մարտական դիրքում հերթապահություն իրականացնող 9 զինծառայողներից 6-ը: Սպանությունների հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցվել հակառակորդի զինծառայողների կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում։
Դեպքի առթիվ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ կայազորային վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 7-րդ և 13-րդ կետերով և 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Պատշաճ դատախազական հսկողության ներքո իրականացվում է նախաքննություն: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, տրվել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու հանձնարարություն, կատարվում են այլ քննչական գործողություններ՝ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ հանցավոր գործողությունների լիարժեք հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով։
Հայ֊ադրբեջանական շփման գոտում արձանագրվող հանցավոր դեպքերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության օպերատիվ փոխանակման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից ԱՀ ՊԲ զինծառայողների սպանության, հարակից բնակավայրերի բնակչությանն ահաբեկելու, բնականոն կյանքը խաթարելու ակնհայտ նպատակ ունեցող հանցավոր սադրանքի միջոցով հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վերաբերյալ առկա տվյալները ևս փոխանցվել են Արցախում տեղակայված ՌԴ դատախազության ներկայացուցիչներին: Նրանց հետ ձևավորվել է օպերատիվ կապ:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՀՀ դատախազությունն իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնում դեպքի վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի կողմից այլ տվյալներ ներկայացվելու դեպքում դրանք ևս դարձնել անաչառ քննության առարկա:
