ԼՂ հարցի ռազմական լուծումն Ադրբեջանի համար շատ ցավոտ է լինելու. պատգամավոր

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների` դեկտեմբերի 19-ին Բեռնում կայացած հանդիպումը ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանն աստիճանաբար գործ է ունենալու իրավիճակին ոչ համարժեք արձագանքող Արդբեջանի հետ` մի երկիր, որի ներսում հասունացել են խնդիրներ ինչպես տնտեսական, այնպես էլ աշխարհաքաղաքական դերակատարման առումով: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը: «Ադրբեջանը խիստ մտահոգված է աշխարհաքաղաքական առումով իր դերակատարության անկմամբ, Ադրբեջանում խիստ մտահոգված են տնտեսական ու սոցիալական պարտավորությունների իրականացման բարդությամբ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում իրենց ապակառուցողական ու սադրիչ գործողությունների համար»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասաց պատգամավորը:
Արտակ Զաքարյանի խոսքով` ռազմական ուժի կիրառմամբ Ադրբեջանի փայփայած անհույս ակնկալիքները, թե կարող են որոշակի փոփոխություններ բերել բանակցային գործընթացում, արդարացված չեն: «Դժվար թե ադրբեջանցիները 2016-2017-ին կարողանան մտածել այնպիսի գործողություններ կամ ստեղծել այնպիսի իրավիճակ, որը շահեկան լինի իրենց համար ԼՂ հիմնահարցի կարգավորման հարցում, ընդհակառակը այս տեմպերով Ադրբեջանն ավելի է վնասելու բոլոր հնարավորությունները, որոնք կարող են իրենց հույս տալ խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացում ինչ-որ մի բան շահելու, իսկ խնդիրը ռազմական լուծում ուղղակի չունի, ռազմական լուծումը Ադրբեջանի համար շատ ցավոտ է լինելու»,-հավելեց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ Նախագահի ելույթը ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովում, ցույց տվեց, որ «Հայաստանն իր նվազ ռեսուրսներով, բայց արդյունավետ քաղաքականությամբ ավելին կարող է իրականացնել և քաղաքական ծրագրեր առաջարկելու առումով շատ ավելի հստակ դիրքեր ունի, քան Ադրբեջանը»:
Արտակ Զաքարյանի դիտարկմամբ` միջազգային ձևաչափով Ադրբեջանն ունի միայն մեկ հենարան`Թուրքիան, որն այսօր ոչ այնքան երանելի վիճակում է` հաշվի առնելով հարևանների հետ ունեցած «բազում խնդիր» հարաբերությունները: «Հայաստանի բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականության պայմաններում մենք միշտ էլ կարող ենք ունենալ աջակիցներ, հենարաններ, կողմեր, որոնք աջակցում են ՀՀ քաղաքականությունը»,-շեշտեց նա:
ԼՂ հիմնահարցի կարգավորման շուրջ ամերիկյան կողմի վերջին շրջանի ակտիվությունը բացատրելով` Արտակ Զաքարյանը նշեց, որ տարբեր ժամանակներում համանախագահները հանդես են գալիս հիմնահարցի կարգավորման իրենց առաջարկություններով: «Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների շահերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցի շուրջ ոչ թե հատվում են,այլ համընկնում»,-եզրափակեց նա:
