Բարաք Օբաման, աշխարհի 65 երկրում WIN/Gallup International-ի իրականացրած հարցման համաձայն, աշխարհի տասն առաջնորդների մեջ ամենամեծ հավանությանն է արժանացել:
Ամերիկյան առաջնորդին դրական է գնահատում հարցվածների 59 տոկոսը, 29 տոկոսը նրան բացասաբար է վերաբերվում: Օբամային հատկապես ջերմորեն են ընդունում Հարավային Ասիայում (76 տոկոս), ԵՄ-ի երկրներում (67 տոկոս), Լատինական Ամերիկայում (65 տոկոս), Սահարայից հարավ ընկած Աֆրիկայում (65 տոկոս), ինչպես նաեւ Արեւելյան Ասիայում (65 տոկոս): Մերձավոր Արեւելքի երկրներում եւ Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայում ամերիկացի առաջնորդին դրականորեն է գնահատում 33 տոկոսից ոչ ավելին, ասվում է WIN/Gallup International-ի մամուլի հաղորդագրությունում:
Երկրորդ հորիզոնականը զբաղեցրել է ԳԴՀ-ի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը: Նրան աջակցում է ամբողջ աշխարհում հարցվածների 42 տոկոսը, 29 տոկոսը բացասաբար է վերաբերվում: Առաջնորդների եռյակը եզրափակում է բրիտանական վարչապետ Դեւիդ Քեմերոնը իրեն համակրողների 37 եւ բացասաբար վերաբերվողների 28 տոկոսով: Քեմերոնին հիմնականում աջակցում են Հարավային Ասիայում (53 տոկոս) եւ Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայում (46 տոկոս):
Ռուսական առաջնորդ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ամբողջ աշխարհում դրական է վերաբերվում հարցվածների 33 տոկոսը: Այդ ցուցանիշով նա առաջատար եռյակից բացի, զիջում է նաեւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդին (նրան համակրում է հարցվածների 35 տոկոսը): Սակայն համակրանքի ինդեքսի համաձայն (դրական եւ բացասական գնահատականների միջեւ տարբերությունը), Պուտինն ընդամենը ութերորդ տեղում է. նրան բացասաբար է վերաբերվում հարցվածների 43 տոկոսը (–10 տոկոս): Ռուսական առաջնորդից ներքեւ համակրանքի ինդեքսի առումով ընդամենը Սաուդյան Արաբիայի (–11 տոկոս) եւ Իրանի (–13 տոկոս) առաջնորդներն են:
Ռուսական նախագահին ամենից ավելի աջակցում են հետխորհրդային երկրներում (55 տոկոս): Նրան բացասաբար վերաբերվող հարցվածների ամենամեծ տոկոսը ԵՄ-ի եւ Եվրոպայի երկրներում է. (67 տոկոս) եւ Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայում (65 տոկոս): Միաժամանակ Օբաման եւ Պուտինն աշխարհի ամենաճանաչելի առաջնորդներն են:
