ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտը քննադատել է նոյեմբերի 15-ին ցույցեր անցկացնելու թույտվության հարցում Կուբայի մերժումը

Շաբաթ Միացյալ Նահանգները քննադատել են Կուբայի իշխանություններին նոյեմբերի 15-ին բողոքի ակցիաների անցկացումը մերժելու համար: Այդ մասին ասվում է Պետդեպարտամենտի մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Նեդ Պրայսի գրավոր հայտարարության մեջ, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Միացյալ Նահանգները վճռականորեն քննադատում են Կուբայի ռեժիմի որոշումը նոյեմբերի 15-ին խաղաղ ցույց անցկացնելու թույլտվությունը չտալու վերաբերյալ: Հրաժարվելով թույլ տալ այդ ցույցերը՝ Կուբայի ռեժիմը ցուցադրում է, որ չի ցանկանում հարգել կամ սատարել մարդու իրավունքներն ու Կուբայի ժողովրդի հիմնական ազատությունները»,-պնդում է դիվանագետը:
«Կուբայի ռեժիմի մերժումը հաջորդել է նրան, որ հայտարարվել էր Կուբայի փողոցներում նոյեմբերի 18-20-ը զորքեր տեղակայելու մտադրությունը, որով պետք է վախեցնեին ժողովրդին ու ճնշեին ավելի վաղ պլանավորված համազգային խաղաղ ցույցերը»,-հավելել է Փրայսը:
«Միացյալ Նահանգները դեռեւս ամբողջովին Կուբայի ժողովրդին են սատարում, նրա՝ խաղաղ հավաքներ անցկացնելու ու սեփական կարծիքն արտահայտելու, ինչպես նաեւ իշխանությունների ազատ ընտրության համար պայքարի ու սեփական ապագան ընտրելու իրավունքին»,-ամփոփել է ամերիկացի դիվանագետը:
