Իրաքի խորհրդարան է անցել մի կին, որը գրեթե երկու ամիս առաջ մահացել է կորոնավիրուսից

Բաղդադի բնակչուհի Անսամ Մանուելն ընտրությունների արդյունքում անցել է Իրաքի խորհրդարան՝ չնայած այն բանին, որ երկու ամիս առաջ է մահացել՝ նոր կորոնավիրուսով վարակվելուց հետո առաջացած բարդություններից:
Ինչպես գրում է Gulf News-ը, Անսամ Մանուելը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին առաջադրվել էր որպես մայրաքաղաքից անկախ թեկնածու և ստացել մոտ 2400 ընտրողի աջակցությունը: Սակայն, ինչպես հայտնի է դարձել, ամռանը նա վարակվել է նոր կորոնավիրուսով, ավելի քան մեկ ամիս անցկացրել հիվանդանոցում և մահացալ օգոստոսի վերջին:
«Մահացած հոգիների» հայտնվելու փաստը սուր քննադատություն է ստացել հասարակության կողմից, որը մեղադրել է Իրաքի իշխանություններին ընտրությունները կեղծելու համար, սակայն մահացածի ընտանիքը շտապել է բացատրել տեղի ունեցածը:
Ֆեյսբուքյան էջում Անսամի հարազատները հայտարարություն են հրապարակել, որում նշվում է, որ երիտասարդ կինը ինքնուրույն է առաջադրվել, երկար ժամանակ պայքարել է հիվանդության դեմ, բայց մահացել է: Ընտրություններում նրա ընկերներն ու համակիրները քվեարկել են նրա օգտին «ի նշան հիշողության, երախտագիտության և հարգանքի՝ կյանքից վաղ հեռացած երիտասարդ կնոջ նկատմամբ»: Քանի որ Անսամի անունը տեխնիկական պատճառներով չէին հասցրել քվեաթերթիկներից հեռացնել, շատերը քվեարկել են նրա օգտին ՝ չիմանալով, թե ինչ է պատահել թեկնածուի հետ:
