INTERVIEWԿապանի Փելա սարը մի քանի օր է՝ վերահսկում են ադրբեջանցիները։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ին հայտնեց Կապանի համայնքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը։
Համայնքապետի խոսքով՝ այդ մասին տեղեկացել է 2 օր առաջ․ «Ինձ տեղեկացրել են, որ Փելա սար կոչվող տարածքն ամբողջովին անցել է ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության ներքո։ Նրանք փակել են նաև հարակից ճանապարհահատվածը, որը մեզ համար ծառայում էր որպես միջդիրքային ճանապարհ, այսինքն անցնում էին ոչ միայն զինծառայողները, այլև գյուղացիները՝ անտառ մտնելու և վառելափայտ գտնելու համար»,- ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ դեռ օրեր առաջ Փելա սարի մի հատվածը հայ զինծառայողներն էին վերահսկում, մյուս հատվածը՝ ադրբեջանցիները։
Նա նշեց, որ բարձունքը ադրբեջանցիներին հանձնելու մասին պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք էին բերվել դեռևս 2021-ի հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին․ «Այն ժամանակ GPS-ով չափագրումներ անելիս հատվածներ կար հայկական էր ցույց տալիս, որոշ հատվածներ՝ ադրբեջանական։ Չգիտեմ՝ ինչու այդ հատվածն անցավ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ»,- ասաց Փարսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Փելա սարը կարևոր նշանակության բարձունք է և ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության տակ անցնելու հանգամանքը վտանգ է ներկայացնում նախևառաջ Ագարակ գյուղի համար։
Անդրադառնալով Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհահատվածում տեղադրված ադրբեջանական ոստիկանական անցակետին՝ Փարսյանը նշեց՝ տվյալ ճանապարհահատվածով երթևեկությունը գնալով նվազում է․ «Բնակիչները ստիպված երթևեկում են Կապան-Տաթև ճանապարհով, որն այնքան էլ բարեկարգված չէ։ Ինչ վերաբերում է նոր ճանապարհին, ապա այն պատրաստ կլինի տարեվերջին, բայց կարծում եմ, որ մայրուղին ևս պետք է օգտագործենք, քանի որ չօգտագործելու դեպքում նշանակում է այն հանձնել ադրբեջանցիներին։ Խնդրահարույց հատվածների համար շրջանցող ճանապարհներ պետք է կառուցել»,- եզրափակեց Փարսյանը։
