ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն հաղորդագրություն է տարածել լրատվամիջոցներում շրջանառվող տեղեկության վերաբերյալ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Ի պատասխան որոշ լրատվամիջոցների կողմից շրջանառվող այն տեղեկությունների, թե իբր Կապանի Փելա սարը հանձնվել է Ադրբեջանին՝ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը տեղեկացում է, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Փելա սար կոչվող տարածքում դիրքային փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել, և ՀՀ սահմանապահ զորքերը շարունակում են իրականացնել պետական սահմանի պահպանությունը նշված հատվածում»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ վերոնշյալ թեմային անդրադարձել էր ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Աննա Գրիգորյանը՝ նշելով, որ «Փաստացի կերպով Փելա սարն ամբողջությամբ անցնում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության ներքո` անմիջական անվտանգային սպառնալիքներ ստեղծելով նաև հարակից գյուղերի համար»:

Վերոնշյալի վերաբերյալ ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում էր կատարել նաև ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ նշելով.

«Երկու օր առաջ գործընկերս՝ Աննա Գրիգորյանը, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում էր արել, նշելով, որ իշխանությունը Կապանի Փելա սարը հանձնում է Ադրբեջանին։ Որքան հնարավորություն ունեցա ճշտեի, սարի մի հատվածում մենք ենք վերահսկողություն իրականացնում, մյուսում՝ ադրբեջանցիները։ Քաղաքական իշխանությունը կամ որևէ կառույց մինչև հիմա դա չի հերքել, ինչը նշանակում է, որ հանձնման գործընթացը լուռ իրականացվում է»:
